Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

Overall this resort was nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Service was really good. My husband and I liked the setup of the resort. Not much of a romantic atmosphere compared to Secrets Maroma. We would go back.

My Experience at Secrets cap Cana spa and resort was very pleasant . Atmosphere was vibrant and fun . Room was ocean view and very cozy and clean .. My concierge Jenfry De Jesus was on point and made sure to keep me updated and informed of activities with great recommendations .. the value was worth the experience.. I would highly recommend secrets Cap Cana spa and resort and I would stay there Again .

Truthfully, I do not leave many negative reviews, but Secrets Cap Cana deserves it. We are no strangers to the Secrets brand and have stayed in Akumal and Maroma in Mexico. Both experiences helped my choice to stay at Secrets Cap Cana. While the hotel grounds are on par with the others, the rooms fall drastically short. The rooms were very run down with cabinet doors hanging, drawers that would not pull out etc. The worst was the shower and the outside bath. The handles on both were loose and ill fitting, the shower heads had so much scale that the water out put was horrible and the spray pattern was everywhere. I know someone is thinking who cares, stuff could be a lot worse, and I agree. My issue is that we pair a premium to stay at the "nicest resort" in Cap Cana. The food was great, the entertainment top notch, staff....100%. I was just very disappointed in the room and buildings over condition. I did not feel I was staying in a luxury resort. I had planned another trip to go in March to see the whale migration, but I am now looking at Washington or California to see this.

Stayed 5 nights with 5 other couples. We had a fantastic time and are ready to go back again! Very nice and convenient. Highly recommend.

Our experience was truly the best! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and treated us like family! The rooms were perfect and clean! The resort was absolutely stunning and truly perfect! There were so many fun activities every night! The food was delicious! The location was perfect and you felt so safe and secure! Everybody that stayed on the resort was lovely! I recommend this resort everything about it was truly wonderful and my family and I had the best time we will be going back! Memories were definitely made and felt like paradise! Made lots of friends on the resort with staff! The resort itself is beautiful and is breathtaking right when you walk in! Thank you to Reinaldo for making our stay even better you were fantastic! Also a shoutout to Moises for everything he did for us!
