Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

We had such a great time at Secrets Cap Cana. The place was very clean and the service was outstanding. We especially appreciated Maria at the preferred pool. She was amazing at remember everyone's name and drink order. She was always on top of getting anything we needed. Fransico and Bladmir were also great bartenders. The food was always great and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit again in the future.

Absolutely incredible stay at Secrets Cap Cana. Our Butler Phillip was amazing. The staff in all restaurants, rooms, bars, just everywhere was so accommodating and helpful. The food was amazing at every restaurant. Our bar servers Franzy in the Preferred Club incredible, Rosa at Lobby Bar and Francisco at Rosewater Bar as well. Miguel one of our servers in a few restaurants went above and beyond as well as Eddy in the French Restaurant. We love you all and we will be back again for sure!! Thank you.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Punta Cana! 10/10 experience from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and everything about our stay felt seamless and relaxing. We loved our Preferred Club butler, Matiel. From the accommodations to the food, amenities, and overall atmosphere, we truly felt taken care of. Our honeymoon was everything we hoped it would be, and this resort gave us the perfect setting to celebrate this special season of our lives. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, luxury experience in Punta Cana!

We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Cap Cana! The Cap Cana area itself is absolutely amazing, and the service at this resort is truly top-notch. You will rarely go more than a few seconds wondering where to go, who to ask, or how to get something you need—there is always someone nearby ready and willing to help. We did upgrade to Preferred Club, which was a little disappointing during our stay because some of the Preferred amenities were under construction. That being said, the resort did an excellent job minimizing the construction noise, and they made accommodations by offering menus from restaurants that were under construction at other locations throughout the resort. We appreciated the effort they made to lessen the impact on guests. The rooms are very spacious, with plenty of room to relax, and the bathrooms are well equipped with everything you need. One thing to be aware of is that some rooms can have a musty smell, likely due to the Caribbean humidity. If you experience this, definitely speak up. We asked about switching rooms and the resort was very accommodating in moving us. A huge highlight of our stay was our butler, Ericson. He was AMAZING! He checked in with us every day, made sure we had everything we needed, and really added to our overall experience. We also rented one of the cabanas by the pool for a day, and I would absolutely recommend doing this at least once during your stay. It was well worth it! Overall, Secrets Cap Cana is a beautiful property in an incredible location with exceptional service. Even with some of the Preferred Club areas being under construction during our visit, the staff worked hard to make sure it didn't take away from our vacation. We would definitely recommend this resort!
