Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

Secrets Cap Cana was an amazing stay for my wife and I's honeymoon. Service was a 10/10 and went above and beyond what we could have expected. Only critique would be faster internet for streaming purposes, as the screenshare kept buffering since you couldn't login to your Netflix or amazon prime through tv, etc... Buffet was also okay, but all the specialty restaurants were very good.

Lovely resort, at night the lighting was poor, anyone with a disability may have trouble. Only one lift available to the foyer, we only discovered this through our Butler, this may be a problem, as the sign posts were not clear as to how to get there , down a dark path at the side of the Market Place. We had a room in block 8, which, when going for dinner the light did not come on automatically, a potential problem with people with walking sticks. These are picky things which affect couples with mobility issues only. Otherwise….. excellent Hotel, lovely staff, would still recommend it

Our seventh trip here, for a reason. The service is still unparalleled. The views are sensational. The food is very good. The shows are very impressive. The list of activities is plentiful. A shout out to some staff for this trip. Our butler Carlos, Santa at the preferred pool. Francisco at the preferred bar. Omar at Portifino. Rigaberto at the Seaside restaurant. Stefanie at Coco Café. And of course, La Diva, the entertainment director, who seems to be everywhere! In addition to these one on one experiences, our hat goes off to the groundskeepers, cabana staff, and the pool maintenance staff!

Out of all the service that we have ever received, he was the very best he was the friendliest, the nicest, and the most accommodating individual we had the pleasure of working with would highly recommend him always

From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us. Ericson was assigned to us as our hotel concierge and he was just fantastic. Really helpful and friendly. He let us know every day what was happening in the hotel but wasn’t in our faces every 5 minutes and not pushy at all. The staff say “welcome home” when they see you and call you family. It really felt so personal. The location was picturesque. It had a private beach which was stunning. We had a swim up room which was 100% with the money. It was our own little piece of paradise. The housekeeping was great. The room was made up every day with fresh linen and towels. Turn down service also offered. The room was spotless. The restaurants were out of this world. Again, the service from the staff was second to none. La Diva and her entertainment team were brilliant. So friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Amoury and the team at the beach bar were truly amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and our glasses were always full! You guys helped give us the best honeymoon we could have asked for, thank you to all staff at the hotel. It’s going to take something to beat this! We will be back for sure I have added some photos but they really don’t do it justice
