Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

Had a wonderful time as always. We were looking to get upgraded to a swim out and Rita did not disappoint. She helped look for a suitable spot within our budget and it made our stay just perfect. Coupled with pool side service provided by Yessi and all her bubbly high energy and introducing us to blended mojitos with tequila, we didn’t want to leave. Our butler Leonardo was on point, and always available to greet, and help us. Cap Cana will definitely be in our Secrets Resort rotation. For anyone looking for sargassum update. There was less seaweed this week in October than our May trip but it was still too murky to go in. That didn’t make our stay less enjoyable so just book your trip! 😊

Location was great just 20 minutes from the airport. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The staff at the resort were extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. There was plenty of choice with the restaurant and the food was lovely. The highlight of the holiday was Jenfry he was amazing. Wanted to help every day and nothing was too much trouble.

Our experience was fantastic. The service is absolutely top notch. Our concierge, Jenfry, was absolutely terrific. He went above and beyond to make our trip special. All of the food came out quickly, and the resort was gorgeous. It was definitely a more chill environment. We didn’t take advantage of a lot of the evening activities, but that was our call. I would absolutely recommend going back. The rooms and resort was very clean overall, and we felt very safe on the resort.

Thank you Dream Makers Vacation Services, in particular Michael McHugh, for connecting us to Secrets Cap Cana. This resort was top notch and a great place for us to spend time as a couple. We stayed on the Preferred Club side of the resort and found it to be very relaxing, quiet, and full of any and all amenities we could possibly want. Our room was kept very clean and was spacious and comfortable for the two of us. We went with a swim out bungalow on this trip and we loved having the swim out behind our bungalow as a place to hangout! The beach was also a great spot for us. We spent several days on the beach. The bbq lunch on the beach was a nice addition and a nice change of pace from the others restaurants on the resort. Himitsu and the hibachi grill was a top food experience, while the Market Cafe breakfasts were a great way to start the day. Highly recommend the omelet bar at breakfast! Shout out to our butler, Darling. He was very response to any of our needs and would seek us out on the beach to ensure we were taken care of. Overall Secrets Cap Cana was a fabulous place to stay and we will definitely visit again!

Can’t get over this resort! Easy 25 minute drive from airport. Beautiful view of ocean! Whether you want a more active and vibrant vacation or chill and relaxation Secrets Cap Cana provides both. Preferred Club pool and beach were so relaxing and peaceful for us to connect as a couple. Maria at the preferred pool checked on us often. Cecelia at the Healthy corner made the best smoothies. We had a swim out bungalow and the extra splurge was worth it. The room, bathroom and swim out were kept clean and checked in twice a day. Darling our butler checked in daily and provided food recommendations. He adjusted our needs in our room and made sure checkin and check out were smooth. Thank you Darling! We did go on a bike ride with Juan and that was fun to explore outside the resort. We went to the marina and back. This is not a leisure bike ride. Vamonos! We used the fitness center daily and it had equipment and space for any style of workout you need. Clean and spacious. The ocean is murky, like lake water, up close. But beautiful to look at. Pools were just the right temperature and clean. So if you are looking for a place to go to relax as a couple this is a great place to go! The value for this resort was worth it. We enjoyed preferred club and swim out. Definitely will keep this resort in mind for future.
