Serenade All Suites, Adults Only Resort

The entertainment team were really good Victor and the team always attentive and look after us very well. Would highly recommend!

My first all inclusive! Resort was amazing. Pools and services were awesome. Victor at the pool made the experience so fun!

First time traveling to Dom Rep and we were nervous about our 11 day stay here after reading some reviews but when we arrived it was beautiful well presented and staff were welcoming however the first thing they want is to get you to join an elite group and time share which didn't interest us but probably viable for more local people bonus was private pool special restaurant every night with top shelf alcohol as well as a better view with either swim up pool or for an extra $$ a hot tub in the balcony. The atmosphere around the pools and beach were great and security kept the stragglers away from us as much as possible with a bar and fresh food available as well as coconut water which was lovely. Yes at the moment the sea is mostly seaweed but it was warm and in the areas were seaweed wasn't there it was clear. The bars were stocked with quality branded alcohol and you could pay more for the elite alcohol which we didn't but could at a reasonable rate. The service around the pools for drink was very good and after a reasonable tip they would remember your preference and be over every 20 mins and always with a smile. In the buffet restaurants service was hit and miss they would put you on tables not set and would forget/wouldn't get drinks to us for 15 mins this was more prevalent at lunch as breakfast and dinner was generally much better. Food was ok very samey everyday however the food was fresh and regular replaced and pasta and stir fry were available to be freshly made which were good. For breakfast they would make you an omelette fresh with your preference. The standard room when you entered was massive and well equipped, everything worked but I will say it needs some touching up with marks on the walls and ceiling fan not been covered.Every door entrance has the same problem with the humidity and air conditioning it has made the wood bend meaning doors/locks were difficult to close and on 1 occasion it was left open after room Service but nothing was taken and the receptionist brought extra drinks and food as recompense which was good. Also download the app as you can request breakfast in bed and other services which were ideal. If you want to use the spa services bring you $$$ a 25 min message was $150 and hair braiding was $60 as was nails. If you wanted lobster for dinner that was $50.$100 for a tomahawk steak and wine as well The specialist restaurants were excellent possibly too large a portion size but expected from their normal clientele but was worth doing them especially the tepanyaki which was entertaining and nice. The animation group was good during the day with sports and exercises and at night it was fair with them pushing their dancing and ceremonies which was nice. I will say as a Brit who don't speak Spanish we were the minority and at times it meant worse service/attention but I feel that's a language barrier issue. We did 2 trips Soana island and buggies at night which was the better of the 2 due to food quality and the atmosphere created by them,also the buggies were fun but bring spare clothes you will get covered in dust and mud which is all part of the fun as well as swimming gear for the senote party which was fun. Overall we loved Dom Rep the weather was amazing 32-35°C location/hotel were great and after hearing horror stories from numerous other peoples hotels we said we would return if they did some cosmetic touch ups it would be a 5* but just fell short.

Just returned from our 2nd trip of the year at serenade all suites. We stayed 10 nights each time (April -May) and we upgraded to Elite on our 2nd trip (21.09.26 - 01.10.26). It was definitely worth it! Massive shout out to our butlers Henry and Michael who couldnt do enough for us, checked in everyday and made sure our stay was stress free. One of the biggest plus was the separate Elite pool which was very quiet and peaceful compared to the other pools. Kismaily kept us constantly hydrated and always smiling 😃. Monica at the lobby/piano bar was exceptional 👌. The master suite was modern, huge balcony (with a jacuzzi), spacious layout with a separate lounge kitchen area, it was very comfortable and cleaned daily, This included an extra turn down service. La palapa had a separate Elite area and menu, other restaurants were decent. The gym, coffee bar, beach area and top shelf alcohol at the lobby bar were all very good. Would recommend and we will return in the future.

Te resort, the room, people, wiew is really 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely happy to see us. Starting with the people at the bar — I’m sorry that I didn’t manage to remember all of their names, but somehow they had already learned ours, Lucian and Luciana. They were extremely polite, hardworking and, more than anything, very attentive. You can really see that even though they work so hard, they are genuinely happy to see the guests and make them feel welcome. We tried to speak a little bit of Spanish, even though our Spanish is definitely not very good, and they were actually so happy that we made the effort. Somehow we still understood each other perfectly, and those little moments made the experience even more special. At the steakhouse, Daniel was absolutely impeccable. Everyone at Palapa was exceptional, and the same goes for the buffet — such hardworking, warm and kind people who really do everything they can to make your experience enjoyable. Victor and Maria from the entertainment team — wow. Truly amazing people. And “mis hermanos” from the bar :)) — honestly, they are the kind of people who leave you speechless because of their positivity, happiness and incredible energy. The housekeeping ladies were also wonderful. They don’t simply do their job; they genuinely try to help you and make your stay better in every possible way. Same with the guys that were cleaning the resort And last but definitely not least — the cats! They honestly made my stay, and I know they made many other guests’ stays, even better. They brought so much happiness and character to the resort. I know I haven’t mentioned everyone because it would be impossible to remember every single name, but the people working at Serenade All Suites truly deserve recognition. Every single one of them works incredibly hard and does an amazing job. What really made our stay special was not only the resort itself, but the people. Their kindness, warmth, energy and genuine care are what we will remember the most
