It was as expected! Did not exceed my expectations but very nice for the price range. Nice pools, buffet, restaurants etc

From start to finish this was amazing. The staff are fabulous especially Teddy from the entertainment team spent time to talk to guests and always full of energy and attentive. Juan who runs the cabanas on the beach amazing and attentive your bed is always all ready and set up comfortably arranged with towels and always brings and ice bucket full of ice cold water bottles. All the staff are friendly and helpful and always happy. The food was full of choice we used all the A La Carte restaurants we only had to book the Asian to do the experience but if you just want to eat in there we didn’t ( all though we did get informed you need to book all in the height of the season) rooms were cleaned everyday and we had new towels everyday maybe that was our preference. We did upgrade to the sun scape area but as out of season this is not monitored and everyone could use it but the good thing was the room literally walked straight out and into the pool. If you want the crisp clear blue sea after talking to the staff you are better to go from the end of October to March as the sea had started to clear when we were there but was still murky but they do clear as much of the seaweed up as they can but this did not stop us enjoying the holiday.

After I booked a week with my daughter and grandkids I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews. Upon arrival we did have a little problem with our room #3231, leaky fridge, outdated, smelly and entry door was falling off the hinges. I went to front desk and the manager and very helpful young lady placed us in building 2 (The Sunclub) when I tell you the service and food is impeccable. No problems what so ever. Room cleaned daily, mini bar stocked daily. You can also download app and communicate via app. Tips are highly recommended. Plus remember the way you treat people they will reciprocate. I always tip well and develope a connection. Always be kind, someone is always going through something. Shows were amazing. Magic Show and Latin, a must see, Thursday and Friday. Entertainment a 10+ Noone got sick, I'm a vegetarian and had lots of options.
