Concorde Hotel Singapore

Well done, Karl! Kimberly and the entire Executive Lounge team were courteous and excellent in their assistance throughout my stay. The Front Desk and Concierge teams were equally helpful, especially when I requested a taxi in the early hours of the morning. Housekeeping service was impeccable, and the room was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained. My compliments to the Engineering team for maintaining such great standards. Thank you to everyone for the excellent service and attention to detail.

Good convenient location, spacious lobby and rooms, good bathroom and shower, value for money and friendly staff all around. Will definitely go back to this hotel every time i travel to Singapore.

We would like to personally thank and recognize housekeeper MANI and front desk SUSAN they made us feel so welcomed and valued and went over and beyond to ensure our stay was 5 star quality. Please ensure they are complimented for being great company ambassadors for your brand.

Unfortunately, this is a negative review, as our experience fell well below expectations. The hotel is in a convenient location, which is probably its biggest positive we stayed here on a F1 package through an agent . Upon arrival, we found used tissues left in the bathroom bin and a shower that did not appear clean. Later that evening, we discovered a large blood stain on the bottom sheet, raising serious concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned and the bedding changed between guests. We requested a room change, but the only alternative available was a twin room, despite traveling as a couple. Having to deal with this late in the evening was disappointing and certainly not the comfortable stay we had hoped for. We also noticed a considerable amount of algae around the edges of the swimming pool, which detracted from the overall appearance and suggested that maintenance could be improved. A few improvements, including better housekeeping, more consistent pool maintenance and perhaps a welcoming lobby bar where guests could relax and enjoy a drink, would go a long way towards improving the experience. Unfortunately, the convenient location is the main thing this hotel has going for it in our opinion. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

Rude manager at check in, refused to find my F1 tickets that were left at reception, told me to queue again because they were too busy. Gave me an old room that he called an upgrade. Odour from the sewers from the bathroom. Only good thing was the location. Worst singapore experience and we go 2-3 times a year.
