Furama RiverFront

My daughter and I recently had a ‘girls trip’ together to Singapore and stayed at Furama Riverfront. We had a wonderful trip made all the more special by the friendly staff at Furama. My husband and I had stayed there there on numerous occasions as our daughter lived in Singapore for 4 years and it was always our favourite place to stay when we visited Singapore. Our previous visit there was in October 2022 just as the world was coming out of the Covid lockdowns and Furama had numerous changes due to the social distancing so it felt a little different and there were none of the previous staff that we had gotten to know so well which was a bit sad. On this recent stay at Furama Riverfront I was so happy to feel the warm and friendly environment that we had always experienced in the past visits there. The new staff we met were wonderful. Liza (Assistant Guest Engagement Manager) was so helpful leading up to our stay. Corresponding with me via email to help with my booking requests. The friendly and very attentive service from Iskander in the club lounge at breakfast was second to none and also a big shoutout to Samraj the chef there who made the most delicious pancakes for me. Hershiel who greeted us in the waterfall lounge was such a delightful and helpful young lady too. I wish I knew the names of all the other staff who were so helpful and friendly. My daughter and I stayed in an Executive Club Twin Room which was very clean, spacious and with a large window. The club lounge breakfast was great and it was lovely to sit in the waterfall lounge in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine and canapés. Furama riverfront is easily the best value for money in Singapore and it’s in a great location for lovely walks along the river, particularly in the evening when it is all lit up. The new Havelock MRT is just a short walk away making it so easy to get to wherever you want to go in Singapore. Thank you so much to all the staff at Furama Riverfront Singapore who helped make our stay so wonderful. We look forward to visiting you all again in the future!

Big shoutout to Mr. Selvam! We had some confusion with our rooms when we first arrived at Furama, and honestly, it could have been quite stressful. But Mr. Selvam stepped in, sorted everything out, and made sure we were well taken care of. He was so helpful and patient. His attitude and willingness to help really made a difference and completely changed the experience for us. We had a wonderful trip, and Mr. Selvam definitely played a big part in making our stay a memorable one. Really appreciate everything you did for us, Mr. Selvam. Thank you!

Our stay at Furama Hotel started with some confusion regarding our rooms, and initially, we were quite disappointed. However, meeting Mr. Selvam completely changed our experience.He went above and beyond to understand our concerns and personally made sure that we were given one of the best rooms available for our stay. What impressed us most was not just the room, but his genuine care, patience, and willingness to make sure we were comfortable and happy. His exceptional hospitality turned what could have been a disappointing start into a truly memorable experience. Mr. Selvam is a wonderful example of outstanding customer service, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he did during our stay at Furama river front hotel
