Hotel Boss

My stay was great and hassle free from the moment I checked in. After a long and tiring way to the hotel it was such a relief to be welcomed so warmly and have everything made so simple and easy. Special thanks to Nelson for his outstanding service and hospitality. Warm welcome, friendly smile and attentive manner truly made a difference to my stay. He made everything feel effortless even during the busy F1 weekend and helped making my trip much more comfortable and flexible It’s actually the little things that make a big difference and he absolutely made this stay a memorable one. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and would love to come back staying here :) Odie

Nice common spaces. Pool area is very comfortable. Especially Zuhran at the lobby was friendly.

Although the room is kinda small, the balcony is quite cozy and provides quite a view of Singapore. Also thank you Andrew for giving us such a courteous and supportive service while we stay at the Hotel

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the staff were nice. The only drawback is poor sound insulation; we could hear noise from neighbouring rooms. The staff Andy yee is good.

Andy Yee and Mr Nelson were very supportive, polite and courteous.
