A quiet hotel that offers the chance to recharge. Conveniently located near town, with a sheltered connection to a nearby mall and subway station.

Negatives By far, the breakfast was the weakest aspect of the hotel's service. Every component of the English breakfast was warm rather than hot. The streaky bacon was overcooked and almost burnt; back bacon would have been more appropriate for a traditional English breakfast. The mini sausages, which appeared to be cooked in brine, were also disappointing. They were not comparable to traditional pork sausages, which would normally be fried or grilled. In my view, it would have been preferable to omit them altogether rather than provide an inedible substitute. There are a lot of alternative eateries nearby. The fried noodles also had an artificial, powdery flavour. However, the congee was considerably better. Another inconvenience was having to go all the way down to the ground floor to obtain fresh distilled water. It would be much more convenient to have a water dispensing machine available on each floor. Positives The cleanliness and housekeeping of the room was exemplary. The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The air con was great after enduring the insufferable heat and humidity outside. Whenever a problem was reported, it was dealt with promptly and resolved immediately. The staff were therefore very polite and responsive when issues were brought to their attention. The location and atmosphere were ideal. I am unable to comment on the amenities as I didn't use them or the value compared to hotels in the same price bracket. Overall, I would recommend this hotel based on my experience and use the amenities.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is directly connected to the MRT station. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. On our first night, the air conditioning started leaking. We notified the staff, and they were very helpful and responsive. They moved us to another room and even upgraded us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were impressed with the staff’s prompt and thoughtful service.
