Oasia Hotel Novena

A huge thank you to the housekeeping team, especially LAN ! The room was incredibly clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained every single day. Fantastic service that made our stay very comfortable.

We loved the view from the room…the room was very comfortable and ideal size for a couple. Very convenient location to Mount Elizabeth hospital Novena &adjoing a mall too. Checking experience was smoothly handled by staff at the reception counter. At checkout, Sritheva assisted us with luggage loading to taxi from the room, he was very assistive.

Excellent access and service

This was my second stay at the property, with my first visit being at the end of June 2026. The hotel’s location is honestly one of its biggest strengths. Having direct MRT access via the hotel elevators makes getting around incredibly convenient. With medical centres and two shopping malls nearby, there is no shortage of dining options or places to pick up daily essentials. I booked a Club Room for both stays, and cleanliness was consistently excellent, with absolutely nothing to complain about. The bed and pillows were comfortable, although the soundproofing could certainly be improved. I unfortunately didn’t manage to catch the housekeeper’s name, but I would also like to acknowledge the excellent job he did in maintaining the room throughout my stay. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality provided by the Club Lounge team. We often overlook the contributions of experienced, long-serving staff, and I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Gerald and Iryati, who made my stays particularly memorable. Their level of care, attentiveness, and attention to detail were second to none. I was genuinely impressed when Gerald remembered me as a returning guest and personally acknowledged me when I came down for breakfast at the Club Lounge on the second morning of my stay. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful example of how small personal touches can make a lasting impression. To the management, staff like Gerald and Iryati are among your most valuable assets. Please recognise, appreciate, and retain them. Their dedication and genuine hospitality are qualities that cannot easily be taught, and they make a real difference to the guest experience. There were a few minor hiccups during my second stay, but I was pleased that these were addressed promptly and resolved without much fuss. A special shout-out as well to Gerald, the younger part-timer at the Club Lounge, and Hilary for their contributions to an enjoyable stay. As an older property, there is certainly room for improvement in terms of in-room refinements. That said, the excellent location, comfortable accommodation, and, most importantly, the outstanding hospitality from the Club Lounge team make this a property I would gladly return to. I look forward to my next visit to Singapore and sincerely hope to see the same familiar faces at the Club Lounge again!

Location is fantastic, a stone's throw to malls and train station. Very near to town as well. Room is clean and bright. Bed and pillows are comfortable too. However, rooms are not sound proof and chats can be heard at corridors outside the rooms. Overall, it is value for money to stay here.
