Orchard Rendezvous Hotel

We held our wedding banquet at TungLok Signatures within Orchard Rendezvous Hotel and stayed in the bridal suite—the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The suite was wonderfully spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and provided the space for us and the make-up team to prepare and rest throughout our big day. A special mention must go to Samy at the Club Lounge. His genuine warmth, attentiveness, and top-tier hospitality truly elevated our stay. Samy ensured we were completely looked after with thoughtful, proactive service that made us feel so valued. Thank you to Samy, the TungLok Signatures team, and the staff at Orchard Rendezvous for making our wedding celebration so memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

All the staff here are super hospitable and friendly. Especially Samy meeting him over the the club lounge really elevated the whole experience over here at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel.

Great location for exploring Singapore whilst attending the F1. We upgraded upon arrival to a Club room and we had the pleasure of dealing with Samy, Dixon and Jun who looked after us. Samy in particular was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and offered gold standard service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Due to a mix up with the booking our reservation had been cancelled. The hotel staff weren’t very helpful at all. Never offered a cold drink even though we’d travelled for over 24 hours. Then told to book via an online provider to get a better rate for the room. The room faced a building site which blocked all the light and work started at 8am in a morning Overall I didn’t rate this hotel and there is much better a accommodation available for less money

Had a great time at the Club After having a knee surgery the previous Thursday. Sammy was excellent in helping me out during afternoons n evening. Jun was also of great help. Helped me staying put near my room & not wander around the hotel too much.
