Park Avenue Rochester Hotel

Ram is so friendly and helpful throughout our stay here

This hotel had always been my go to hotel in Singapore. We were always greeted by the friendly staff upon arrival. Shout out to Ram who always made us feel welcome upon arrival. He is very friendly n helpful. His warm smile make us feel like we are back at home. And he always helps us with our luggages. Reception staff are always helpful and polite.

We have stayed at Park Avenue several times now and it is a consistently wonderful experience. The staff is generous and supportive and kind, and the location can’t be beat. The front desk staff is ever supportive. Ram, who greets and supports everyone in the lobby, helped us both on checkin day and when we checked out, helping with luggage and general inquiries. His friendly demeanor and support were greatly appreciated!!

We really had a good stay in the hotel. The room is very clean, staffs were all very approachable and friendly especially staff Priya. Her service is tip top. She’s all smiles while attending to me and family. She has very good customer service skills. Ram too was very, very helpful and always greeting us each time we see him. Kudos! Will definitely come back with my family again. 😊

FAIZ RAM is very friendly and helpful staff at park avenue. He welcomes our family especially my baby girl^^ Thanks! -From Korea-
