Me and my partner celebrated our wedding at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay three weeks ago, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! A special thank you to our wedding manager, Christine, who did an excellent job taking over our wedding arrangements and ensuring everything was well organised and in order. Her attention to detail and commitment gave us great confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to banquet supervisor Darrell and his team. They were incredibly attentive and well coordinated throughout the wedding lunch, ensuring that we were ready for every session and that everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and attention to detail allowed us to relax, enjoy our special day, and focus on making precious memories with our family and friends. The food was superb, and the service throughout the lunch was excellent. From the planning to the actual wedding day, the team made us feel well taken care of, and we truly appreciated the effort everyone put into making our celebration so special. A big thank you to Christine, Darrell, and the entire team for their outstanding service and dedication. We are very happy with our experience and would gladly recommend PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay to couples looking for a wonderful venue for their wedding celebration! Thank you for being part of such an important milestone in our lives. We will always remember this special day fondly!

My stay here was a wonderful experience. Room attendan Nabi was very attentive and helpful. Thank you for the excellent service!Thank You,Nabi !

My kids and I had a wonderful stay! A big thank you to Jane for her thoughtful service, the room upgrade, and the flexibility with late check-out. These little touches made our stay extra special, and my family truly enjoyed our time here.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Ganesan who noticed that we had our hands full, a toddler and a newborn as well as bulky bags. He guided us through the check-in and made arrangements for our newborn so that all of us would have a comfortable stay in our room. And he did it all while still engaging in conversations with us. Truly a warm welcome. Fortunately, we were able to meet him again during our check-out and again he assisted us through our departure. Indeed our stay was more memorable thanks to him.
