Village Hotel Katong

Very spacious and clean rooms. Very good, pleasant, accommodating customer service (special shout out to Kumar for his kindness).

My organisation recently hosted a workshop for approximately 50 A-Level students and staff at Village Hotel Katong, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. A special mention goes to Idham, who supported us throughout the planning and booking process. He was highly responsive, took the time to understand our requirements, accommodated changes along the way, and offered practical solutions that helped make the event a success. Most importantly, he made what could have been a stressful planning process feel smooth and effortless. His professionalism and customer-centric approach gave us confidence that our event was in capable hands. On the event day, Four and Sharvin were nothing short of outstanding. They were both proactive and responsive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask while also reacting quickly to any requests that arose. Their attention to detail and genuine willingness to help ensured the workshop ran seamlessly. What impressed me most was their exceptional level of hospitality. While I was busy working through lunch, they personally brought food and drinks to my table so I could continue supporting the event. To my surprise, they even went the extra mile by deshelling the prawns for me. It was such an unexpected gesture, but one that perfectly reflected their thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and commitment to service excellence. As this was our first event at Village Hotel Katong, the team made a lasting impression on us. Please extend our sincere appreciation to Idham, Four and Sharvin for their dedication and outstanding service. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel, and we would gladly consider Village Hotel Katong again for future events. Highly recommended.

It was first time for me to be in Singapore for business meets, mr kumar from katao g village hotel staff was treated me well in all terms wherever I got stuck. His guidance and hospitality was amazing. Thanks kumar and special appreciation to hotel management also recruiting such energetic team to handle the customers.

Had our church event the third time at Katong V and received the usual great service from the whole hospitality team, as like before, especially from Four.

Great location by a metro station and hawker market, with vibrant Katong on the other side of the building. Friendly and helpful staff, a great pool, and rooms with enough space to open a families worth of suitcases up. Our family had a great stay.
