Rooms are a little dated but the service is fantastic and the breakfast is amazing. Loved the service for breakfast especially from iskander who spoke to our kids so beautifully

Had a 2 nights stay over the weekend and had a very lovely stay. The staff were very helpful too. Faeez, who helped us with our check-in was very patient and nice. He had initially processed our check-in and assigned us a room when I suddenly remembered to ask our friends what level/tower they were staying in so we could ask for a room on the same level. We then asked him for a favour to change rooms and despite already having our check-in processed he did so willingly and happily. And our room type for the floor wasn’t available so he gave us a free upgrade. Thanks to the kind gesture we had a very comfortable stay and he eased things for our group (us and our other friends).
