Ibis Singapore on Bencoolen

Second time to enjoy time at the IBIS, central to many attractions and an easy taxi ride for us pair of oldies to visit those not within reasonable distance for us. Comfortable room on the 16th floor, although wardrobe facilities could be improved. Impressed with the cleanliness of the room and its maintenance during our stay. Enjoyed breakfasts and dinners at Taste Restaurant, kudos to staff, especially Smith and Jazmin. Excellent reception staff, always happy to be of assistance: in fact kudos to all staff that we interacted with during our stay. Looking forward to our next visit in December.

Comfortable, clean, and well-located, but nothing exceptional. I much prefer Hotel Waterloo nearby, which costs about the same. The checkout time is strictly 12 pm, unlike at other hotels that are a bit more flexible.

I had a wonderful stay at ibis Bencoolen. The hotel is compact, and while the rooms are not particularly spacious, they are well-designed, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay. If you’re looking for good value for money and don’t mind a smaller room, this hotel is an excellent choice. The location is the biggest highlight. It is within easy walking distance of Bugis and Bencoolen, making it perfect for exploring the area on foot. The hotel is also conveniently located near MRT stations, bus stops, convenience stores, Bugis+, and the ever-popular Haji Lane. The service was another standout. Every staff member I met was warm, friendly, and professional. The hospitality reflects the consistently high standard that I’ve come to expect from Accor, and it’s one of the reasons I enjoy staying at their hotels. This was my first stay at ibis Bencoolen, and it has definitely become one of my top choices for future trips to Singapore. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced hotel.

Stayed at Ibis Bencoolen few times back then and this tine around for FHA one of the largest trade show we had done a bulk booking Clean spotless rooms With iron board and safety deposit Amazing shower A working hairdryer Amazing breakfast Amazing reception team and f&b team If only i have one little complaint is that only 2 elevators were working while the other two or 1 were having some work done. This is a busy hotel ,I am impressed with its cleanliness Location is near to everything you need so centrally located with many eateries around.But even their own restaurant have great naan and laksa.

We have been greeted by Than Thar at the front desk upon arrival. For this trip, it is the first time we visit Singapore on the night flight from Bangkok with quite a significant delay along the journey. Than Thar gracefully provided me and my family a room upgrade to Deluxe Room which was also included a free mini bar. This kind gesture for her totally dissolved our tiredness and made us think we chose the right hotel for this trip. Overall, the room, even though is a bit tight with 18 Sq.M. total area but the way everything was arranged plus underbed luggage storage made this room quite spacious. Breakfast is very delicious and contained quite variety of food. The hotel has just finished a major room renovation last year while some public area is under renovation especially Elevator which at the time of my visit was available only 2 out of 4 elevators, this created a bit of inconvenience going up and down the hotel, but it was understandable for me. I'm looking forward to stay here during my next visit to Singapore.
