My wife and I chose Mandarin Oriental for our wedding because of its top-notch service and attention to detail. We signed up through the showcase back in April 2025, which offers many attractive and relevant benefits. Mandarin Oriental is just opposite the Marina Bay Sands and Esplanade. The hotel atmosphere is very posh, classy and sleek overall. Visiting levels 1 and 4 shows a big difference in setup and layout, even on level 21. The bridal suite we have been allocated to was perfect, as we hold our solemnization, tea ceremony and lunch reception all within the hotel premises. Going back and forth to the suite is crucial, as my wife has to change three times and change hairstyles with a touch-up. Our sales manager, Letitia, was the champion in helping us with our planning despite her busy schedule. Always ensuring us are being taken care of. We would like to thank the service crew who made our wedding memorable, not just for us but for our guests as well. Banquet - Hanafi & Zet Bridal Assistant - Ke Ying Culinary - Chef Andrew & Chef Tan AV - Redzuan FO - Theo & Mihai (for late check-out and billing) HAUS 65 service crew ensuring we are taken care of with our 3 meals a day after our wedding. The entire concierge crew (such as Sun) helping with our luggage before and after the event. When the wedding ends, we are well fed by our chef and banquet crew with the same lunch our guests had. On top of that, we had our champagne and wedding cake for us to celebrate this special occasion. I would highly recommend that new couples consider Mandarin Oriental Singapore as the venue for their wedding. I guarantee you will not regret it and even recommend it to your friends and family.

Held our wedding banquet at Mandarin Oriental’s Garden Suite and it was the best decision of our lives. We had such a pleasant experience with Letitia who patiently guided us through the process, and she even threw in some gifts for our wedding package as well. We also had an awesome team helping us manage our tea ceremony and lunch banquet - shout out to Daniel for the seamless coordination in managing our programme; Jewel for being so attentive and helping us with the tea ceremony, movements around the ballroom and also with photos; Zharfan for helping with the AV, and also Mihai for the kind gesture of ensuring that we were well rested during our stay. We received many compliments on the menu, and it was thanks to Chef Andrew and Chef Tan for ensuring that each course was prepared to perfection. If you’re looking to hold your wedding banquet or simply a comfortable stay, I highly recommend Mandarin Oriental. Huge thank you to Letitia and the MO team once again for such a great experience!

We had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Mandarin Oriental Singapore. Every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to the Front Office team — Masyitah, Puteri & Mihan, Nizman from Concierge, Tharvin from Doorman, the Chef, Nizam & Xin Yin from F&B, and the friendly Malay gentleman from the F&B management team whose name I unfortunately can’t recall. Also, a special thank you to the Thai gentleman from Housekeeping for taking such good care of us. Everyone at MO Singapore was amazing and made our stay truly special. Thank you for all the wonderful memories! We hope to be back again soon. ❤️

We had our wedding here at Mandarin Oriental in August and everything about it went AMAZING ✨ From the moment we signed the contract to have our wedding here, we were always kept in constant contact with our wedding coordinator, Sharlyn, who was always ever-ready to respond to any of our queries, and provide us with assistance as required. Sharlyn was, simply put, impeccable. She was always very accommodating to our requests and even went out of her way to arrange appointments with us, ensuring we were fully taken care of leading up to our big day. We really appreciate you so much, Sharlyn 💕 Your service and professionalism definitely made our experience very much enjoyable and we highly recommend anyone who’s looking to have their big day, to put their faith in the hands of Sharlyn! (you deserve a huge pay raise- MO, do take notes 🤪) We absolutely loved the bridal suite and the room was super clean and spotless. Any forms of service was a phone call away by the staff, bell boys, receptionist etc and they were always prompt when it came to acceding to our requests! The decoration which was provided by the hotel couldn’t have been any better. We loved the flowers provided during solemnisation and our main ballroom! The food was amazing as well! All our guests left with nothing but raving reviews for the food, and they’re probably going to remember the delicious cod fish which melted in their mouths (more than the fact we got married 😂). If we had a point of improvement to bring up, it would be that the duck was slightly tough and difficult to chew on the actual day, and we were unfortunately informed by our family members at their table that after some of them had left earlier, their remaining courses of meal were not served (which should’ve have been served either way in spite of whether they were present or not). Nonetheless, we rate our experience here a 10/10 and would not hesitate to do this all over again here at Mandarin Oriental! 🥳 A huge, huge shoutout to the people who made our special day possible. You guys ran the show flawlessly for us and your service was immaculate!
