Mercure Singapore Bugis

Well placed hotel, close by to retail, hawker centres and MRT. Room a bit on the “tight” side but served our needs.

Friendly staffs from front desk to restaurants. Good locations. Nice lobby with friendliest bartender Thinzar attending to me. Never seen before a bartender walk out of her bar work area to beside you to take your order and attend to you. Such little attention to service says a lot. Overall nice facilities, pool, deck garden and gym.

Dear Hotel Management, This is my second stay at your hotel, and overall, I have been very satisfied with the location and the other services provided. However, unfortunately, my experience with the breakfast service during this stay was quite disappointing and caused me considerable inconvenience. On Friday morning, when I went for breakfast, there were no spoons and forks available in the dining area. In addition, the milk in the coffee machine had run out. On Saturday morning, I had another disappointing experience. I stood at the front area waiting for assistance for quite some time. During this time, one of the staff at the counter, whom I cannot identify by name but who had long hair, slim build and white skin, was focused on the computer for an extended period and did not acknowledge or attend to me, even though I was clearly waiting for assistance. I was quite surprised and disappointed by this experience. In a hotel , guest service and attentiveness should always be a priority. She should be reminded and properly trained to acknowledge and assist guests promptly. This experience caused considerable frustration and affected my overall impression of what should have been a pleasant morning. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.

The return trip from Malaysia was very tiring for me and Grady at reception saw my face and took care of everything, without me even asking. He checked me in, had my bags taken to my room before I even knew what was happening. Then when it came to checkout a few days later, again Grady took care of everything. I was treated like a King. Thanks Mercure Bugis and thank you very much Grady. See you next time I’m in Singapore.

It's excellent. Everything went smooth, from check in till check out. The room, facilities, the services and the personal. Just name it, everything is 1A. I would like to express our thankful and appreciation to Miss Ng, a front officer who handle and take care of us during check in and check out. She is very competent, very concerned and all the time is always friendly. As a person, she is really a great addition to Mercure Singapore Bugis. Anytime we come to Singapore again, Mercure Singapore Bugis is becoming our primary place to stay. Thumbs up. Sincerely
