I would give complement to Mr.Billy who is my event coordinator when our company conducted seminar today at Scorpio room. I am impressed Billy’s compassion and enthusiasm energy rendering his support to me and to my company event. service is not friendly, the staff awareness is very low. they told me "if you can not accept our service, you can cancel your order", i am quit shock at that moment, is it a hotel?

We chose to hold our Strategic Meeting here because of its excellent accessibility—it’s just a 3–5 minute walk from Buona Vista MRT. The venue is peaceful and tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it an ideal setting for a focused and productive meeting. The catered food was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. They were attentive, accommodating, and always willing to assist. Overall, an excellent experience, and a venue we would be happy to return to for future meetings.
