We’ve just returned from our stay and, unfortunately, we felt the overall experience fell short of what we would expect from a four-star hotel. I appreciate that hotel star ratings are largely based on the facilities and services offered rather than the quality of the experience itself. However, in this case, we often felt that many of those facilities came with an additional cost. Room The room was very dated and poorly lit, with no main bedroom light. The shower was particularly disappointing. It was positioned over the bath and had very poor water pressure. The mixer taps also made it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature, with the water repeatedly changing from hot to cold. There were additional charges for using the in-room safe and for hiring an iron, which added to the feeling that basic amenities came at an extra cost. The balcony door was another concern. It automatically locked when closed, which could potentially create a serious safety issue. During our stay, one couple actually found themselves locked out on their balcony. Towels & Wi-Fi A deposit was required for pool towels, and if you wanted a fresh towel, there was a €1 charge each time it was changed. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow unless you paid extra for the premium service. VIP Area The main pool was cleaned daily and appeared well maintained, but unfortunately the VIP pool area did not seem to receive the same level of attention, the pool was filthy and had missing tiles. This was particularly disappointing as we had paid extra to use the VIP facilities. On some occasions, cups & rubbish had not been cleared from the day before. All Inclusive Although the hotel advertises an All Inclusive package, it is worth being aware that it isn’t quite as inclusive as you might expect. Most cocktails came with an additional charge, as did ice creams. The Positives One thing that genuinely cannot be faulted is the staff. They were friendly, helpful and hardworking throughout our stay and deserve recognition for the service they provided. Overall Our biggest disappointment was the number of additional charges for things we would normally expect to be included at a four-star, All Inclusive hotel — including Wi-Fi, the safe, fresh pool towels, an iron and many cocktails. While the four-star rating may be justified based on the facilities available, our experience did not feel like a four-star stay. The repeated additional charges took away from what should have been a relaxing All Inclusive holiday. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again
I really like the hotel services and the workers over there. Special mention to Pier that did very good bingo and stayed with us during all our holidays. IF we will come back is also because of him, thanks pier and all the entertainment team (Salma and Daniel)
The entertainment team and bartenders are fantastic; Pier is a great guy.
The best entertainers I’ve ever met—especially Pier. Super cool, friendly, and positive. Amazing activities and a fantastic atmosphere thanks to them. The bartenders are great, too.
The location was magnificent, the food was good although don't expect restaurant level, same goes for the drinks. The rooms were cozy and clean. The animation team was great, I enjoyed and participated in many activities.
