Beautiful location , with friendly helpful staff. Particularly Patricio in the restaurant who is so hard working, kind and a true gentleman. Andrea in the snack bar and the chef there , who went out of their way to ensure I was safe with my gluten free diet and Pepe in the bar who always served with a smile and a chat . All staff were super hardworking and generally pleasant. One receptionist could maybe improve her people skills and she stood out as everyone else was so good. We had a glitch with the hot water which was sorted out promptly. Food was varied and we found enjoyable. Some dishes went cold quickly but I’ve found that a problem at most hotels. Dietary signage could and should be improved but as a coeliac a member of staff would get the chef to run through what was safe for me to eat so I didn’t have any problems at all. Evening entertainment was a lovely surprise. Each act was on for 1.5 hours each evening and were of such good quality. All were excellent singers and one very good guitarist. We went All Inclusive for a week and I don’t think that you should have to pay €41 for a safety deposit box plus a€10 key deposit too. We had a lovely relaxing holiday in a beautiful but quiet part of Majorca and would definitely recommend and go back. Great for snorkelling too.

Fabulous location and hotel. Staff lovely. Massages in spa wonderful. Only minor issue with queues for coffee and fried eggs at breakfast....so really not a great issue 😃 Had a lovely stay

This is a great resort for total peace and relaxation. It is very clean, with wonderful staff (shout out to Pep, Katheryna, Vero and Patricio in particular). The food is fine: standard all-inclusive stuff and plenty of it. All-inclusive drinks were also standard stuff. Not as good as what you'd get in a bar, but more than good enough to get you through the lazy day! Our room was cleaned daily. We were in V block and the room was very spacious. The best part as many have said is the stunning location. Funnily enough, the pool is rather small, but then we realised that the sea was so clear and gentle, that that basically was the main pool! So overall, I would recommend this resort. Some recommendations for improvements (not criticisms): better lighting on the paths getting to V block, which are rather uneven anyway- bit of a trip hazard; there was no warning that there is no lift in V block. We had to carry our cases up lots of stairs. We could manage, but some might not. I would recommend warning arriving guests and offer assistance. As others have said, better food labelling would be good, and keep veggie food away from non-veggie, including chips. The restaurant would benefit from some things like plants on tables and pictures on walls and maybe an extra coffee machine, as it is rather spartan. That said, the visiting goats (ever mealtime) livened things up! But dont be put off - we really enjoyed ourselves in a stunning location and highly recommend Globales Don Pedro.

This was one of the loveliest places that my partner and I have stayed at. We travelled to Mallorca to celebrate our 40th birthdays and booked this hotel for part of our trip. The hotel staff were so friendly and made our trip really special. Secan was brilliant and the level of service we received was exceptional. The hotel is on the waterfront and the beaches are great for snorkelling and swimming, without it being too busy. The rooms are great and have beautiful views. The only regret, is that we didn’t stay here for longer. We would love to visit again.

This is my favourite place to stay. I have visited 5 times. I always feel instantly on holiday here. The rooms are good and the wires are lovely, I always stay in right side sea view rooms. The food is good with lots of choices. This year we stayed on half board basis and found the bar prices were not extortionate. We love the position of the hotel for mountain walks with fabulous views. The hotel is nice and quiet, nightlife is relaxed. Met some great people here, all nice and ordinary and interesting. Also, love the visits from the wandering mountain goats!
