My boyfriend and I, went on a 10 day holiday here. We chose it for complete relaxation, close to the sea to do water activities, snorkelling etc.. unfortunately my boyfriend broke his arm a week before our holiday so most of the things we wanted to do, we were not able to. This was our excuse in the first place to come back because the location is just sensational but the hotel has made it a whole lot easier for us to say ‘we will come back’. We absolutely loved the hotel. We were all inclusive. We had a sea view room on the right side which was perfect for us, the view was insane. The room itself was stunning, bed really comfy, plenty of storage, nice bathroom and all very clean. For me the air con was perfect, I don’t like it freezing cold, however my boyfriend did say it wasn’t cold enough for him. Now for the food, I am not a picky eater so I really enjoyed it. Don’t get me wrong, not every single day, I was buzzing with what was there but I was able to find something for myself. My boyfriend is a picky eater so he was mainly hoping for the basics, pizza, burgers, chips etc.. so he did have 1 or 2 nights where there wasn’t much option for him. But that’s just personal preference. But he has also said that the food he had was good. I especially loved the sushi and noodles night, that was my favourite!! The ‘cafeteria’ was always clean. I thought the drink selection was great, I loved the sangria. My favourite cocktail is a Pina Colada, which unfortunately, is not included so I did pay to have them quite a few times. I really enjoyed the Vodka Sun which was on the inclusive list, very refreshing. My boyfriend liked the beer on draught, however after so many days he was getting a bit fed up of it, so did wish there was a few more options of beer on tap. I had a full body massage in the spa, I forgot to get the ladies name but she had dark, curly hair. The massage was amazing, probably one of the best I have had. People will probably look at the price list and think that’s a little expensive but trust me when I say, it was worth every single penny. The lady who was doing it made me feel so comfortable and she was lovely, she is amazing at what she does, that’s for sure. We spent a lot of time around the big pool, it was lovely, never really struggled to find sun beds. We also, loved the lunge pool, the view is absolutely incredible and the beds up there are very comfy. There is an empty rooftop space which we felt could be used in a much better way.. another bar, maybe like a sports bar? just an idea. The lounge area, we spent a lot of time in there, there was lots of games for everyone to enjoy. The entertainment on in the evenings were all in the lounge, we thoroughly enjoyed all the entertainment that we saw, nice to have something on every evening. There are 2 beaches either side of the hotel, we only ever went to the right side where there was no sun beds, so we would be on the sun beds at the hotel and walk down the steps to get into the sea. I loved the area at the front of the hotel with the sun beds, the views are amazing, and every evening the goats would come down to visit which I absolutely loved. Now for the staff, WOW. Every single staff member we came across were polite, welcoming, approachable and were always willing to help. My boyfriend wasn’t feeling too well on one day due to the sun, he didn’t feel like going down for a meal but he needed to eat, so I asked the lady at the desk in the cafeteria if I could take a plate up for him which she said I was able to. She took our room number down, said she would pass it on to reception in case we needed any medical assistance. The next day, we received a letter through the door, checking up on my boyfriend and if we needed any help, they were there. We saw the lady again (dark hair, mostly saw her on the desk in the cafeteria) she remember us, asked my boyfriend if he was okay now etc. she was lovely and always had a smile on her face. Honestly, all the staff were lovely, we did not have any bad experiences. We are a young couple, we wanted a holiday to relax, have good food, meet lovely people and have an amazing time - this hotel was perfect for all of that and the location is incredible. I love this place. Absolutely feels like a holiday from day one. Hotel is lovely clean and comfortable. Staff are excellent they make you feel very welcome, they want you here. The location is excellent, we like walking in the mountains and this place has excellent access. The room was excellent, sea view on the right side. Comfortable bed nice and quiet it had everything we needed. I think the hotel offers value for money. We stayed half board this year and the bar bill wasn't expensive. We will return ! We met some wonderful people as other guests. Also loved the goat's!

Hotel Review The hotel is in an excellent position overlooking the bay, and the location is undoubtedly one of its strongest features. Unfortunately, the access to the sea is a significant drawback. Getting to the local beaches is not particularly easy, and access from the hotel’s own sunbathing area is extremely difficult. Unless you are young, fit and very mobile, getting into the sea is likely to be a real challenge. The rooms themselves are good, and the towels and bathrobes were of a good standard and well maintained. The restaurant experience, however, was much more disappointing. I found the food considerably better at lunchtime than at dinner. On one evening, the fish was served seriously undercooked. I raised this directly with the female chef, expecting my concern to be taken seriously, but was extremely disappointed when she simply shrugged her shoulders. Given that I had suffered a serious case of food poisoning only a few months previously, I found this response particularly unacceptable. Food safety and properly cooked food should never be treated so casually, and I believe this is an area the hotel management needs to address. That said, the restaurant staff themselves were excellent. They were consistently friendly, helpful and accommodating, and Sander deserves a particular mention. His service and attitude were outstanding and showed exactly the level of care and hospitality that guests should be able to expect. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and some very good facilities, but there are clear areas that need improvement — particularly accessibility to the sea and, more importantly, the handling of concerns regarding food that is not properly cooked. The management should take these issues seriously if they want the hotel to provide the high-quality experience its location and facilities suggest it should offer.

We stayed at Globales Don Pedro for 3 nights in September 2026 for our honeymoon when our flight to Rome got cancelled. We booked this and flew less than 24 hours later so a very last minute booking/ trip. We booked on a half board basis. There was always a good selection of food at breakfast which we enjoyed. If you are half board, you have the option to swap your dinner for lunch which we did every day, so can’t comment on what dinner selection was like, but lunch was good. The hotel is card only, apart from reception where you can pay for things like the city tax with cash. You get a wristband depending on what board you are - half board is a pink band and you can load money on to it so you don’t need to take money to the pool for drinks etc. which we thought was a good idea so we used our cash euros to put a balance on each of our wristbands! The room was spacious but pretty basic and I found there wasn’t really anywhere to get ready because there isn’t a mirror near a plug socket (apart from the bathroom but we had a screw stuck in our bathroom socket meaning it couldn’t be used!). Saying that, it was fine as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Our room was right next to reception on the 4th floor and the balcony overlooked the carpark which wasn’t the nicest considering it was our honeymoon but we did only book 24 hours before coming so I imagine there wasn’t much availability. The reception staff did look to see if we could be moved rooms and offered us as alternative on the 1st floor. There are safes in the room but you do have to pay for these which I wouldn’t expect of a 4 star hotel. The location is beautiful, right on the beach with lovely views and clear sea. The goats came down from the surrounding mountains and wander into the hotel grounds which were a lovely little addition! There are plenty of sunbeds in various locations around the hotel so never had to fight for a bed even if not going to sunbathe until later in the day. The area around the hotel is quiet, with only a handful of restaurants around (mainly catering for fish eaters!) and a couple of small shops in walking distance. We got a taxi into the port (Port De Pollença) one of the evenings which was really lovely with a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. The taxi was between €16-€20 euro each way and takes around 15 minutes. (Download the app called Mallorcab which is very much like uber). If we were to go again we would catch the bus as I think that would be cheaper and seems easy enough to do. The hotel does have evening entertainment every night but we didn’t stay to watch it. We tried on our first night but there aren’t a huge number of tables and so there was nowhere to sit. I’d seen reviews about people not having the best experience with reception staff so was unsure what to expect but the ladies on reception were always smiley and happy to help. You get offered a glass of fizz when checking in so our experience was positive. Overall the hotel was nice and clean & we had a very relaxing 3 night break. We love Mallorca and enjoyed our stay here but wouldn’t necessarily return as would like to see different areas ☺️

We have just returned from 7 days at this beautiful hotel. Warm welcome, fantastic location, we were lucky enough to get upgraded to a sea view which was magnificent a real ‘wow’. Staff smart and friendly. All inclusive buffet was great exactly what you’d expect. Great place to swim in the sea and snorkel, would recommend swim shoes as it’s very rocky. We had private transfer from airport which took 50 mins. Snack bar served lovely burgers & pizzas. It’s a shame the roof top space isn’t used as this would be lovely in the evening for a drink as the entertainment area on lower floor was very hot. Entertain was ok especially the Jackson tribute they were Amazing!
