Globales Palmanova Palace

Me and my wife went to parmanova palace on the 29th of June 2026 return on the 6th of July the hotel was clean some of the staff are ok put the food was terrible it was cold and the variety was the same most days the snack bar was nice put it dependent who was cooking. The hotel was full of different nationalities they same to be a lot of younger people in the hotel it was quite noisy at times.

Location good, 6 minutes from the front. Atmosphere was friendly. Decor was dated but clean. Bar area was an extension of reception, and did not have much atmosphere. Rooms were functional, dated but clean. No kettle. Room aircon was not amazing but sufficient. Snack bar served via self-service buffet until around 6.30pm. This included pizza, burgers, hotdogs and simple salads. Bar drinks for all inclusive included usual drinks, with some simple cocktails (mostly mixers and fruit juice). Evening entertainment did not hold our interest but not terrible. Pool was small. Plenty of sun loungers and room. Restaurant food was reasonably good for all meals. As with small all inclusives, food can start feel a bit repetitive. Would visit again.

➕ PROS ➕ The rooms were cleaned every day. ➕ Fresh towels every day. ➕ Friendly and helpful staff. ➕ The staff was always happy to help with trips or transportation. ➕ A great selection of drinks at the bar. ➕ Snacks were available by the pool during the day – pizza, toasties, hot dogs, burgers, meat, desserts, sweets, vegetables, etc. ➕ Great location – close to the sea, shops and restaurants. ➕ Late check-out available for an extra fee. ➕ The hotel is suitable for undemanding guests who mainly need a place to sleep. ➖ CONS ➖ For the price, I expected a higher standard of the hotel. ➖ The hotel looks rather old and worn. ➖ In some places, it felt as if things had been repaired or handled in a DIY manner. ➖ The dining area often had uneven floors, which caused the tables to wobble. ➖ Because some tables were tilted, drinks occasionally spilled. ➖ The bed consisted of two separate beds that kept moving apart during the night. ➖ There was no regular bin in the room, only a small bin in the bathroom. ➖ The food was often repetitive and after a few days there was not enough variety. ➖ The pool was open only until 6:00 PM, which felt unnecessarily early. ➖ The room key card often stopped working. ➖ Overall, the hotel feels more like an older 3-star hotel than a higher-category hotel. 🏨 OVERALL Overall, I would rate the hotel as average and more suitable for simply having a place to sleep. If you spend most of your time on trips or at the beach, it is manageable. However, if you expect a nice, modern hotel with facilities matching the price, I would recommend looking for another option. Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐/5

Wow Wow Wow is the only thought that comes to mind. This hotel was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our final days of summer! Everything about it was amazing but to pin point one area with extra high standing in our eyes after this trip is still the easiest thing ever. It was of course the animators/guides/entertainers!! 🤩🤩🤩 We were extremely lucky to visit on the days when Jessica and Naiara were at our hotel, they are without a doubt the loveliest, most energetic and most helpful people I’ve ever met! Everything from the pool stretching and other day activities to the shows and pre shows at night with quizzing and engagement like I’ve never seen before! Even though they showed such professionalism we were able to create a great bond with them and they made the evening events in particular the best part of each day. Of course I can’t take the shows away from the excellent performers that gave us shows with lovely voices and mic control day after day. I think it’s safe to say that this trip is one to remember and that we really must thank Jessica and Naiara a little extra for leveling up this experience to something we never knew we wanted!! 🤩😍❤️ Love from Sweden!
