HM Gran Fiesta

We had a great stay. The location, modern and peaceful atmosphere, pool, lounge, pool bar, and restaurant all came together to make our experience complete. There were only two downsides: the three small elevators were very slow, and the dinners were often served lukewarm rather than hot. Improving these two points would make an already enjoyable stay even better.

Hotel is perfectly situated. Modern, clean and good service. We had a familie reunion with one disabled person. Staf was very helpfull and friendly. We look back at a very nice stay!

Everything was top-notch; thanks to the hotel team. Our stay was slightly marred by neighbors smoking in the mornings, which prevented us from fully enjoying the fresh sea air. Overall, though, everything was excellent.

Great hotel, ideal location, clean, well maintained, excellent breakfast buffet. Would stay again. Friendly staff.

Old and dated. Front Desk called us at 1.30am. (Yes 1.30am) to tell us we were being collected at 8am. What is the point of a hotel - if they willingly call your room in the middle of the night??? We knew that ourpick up was 8am. Our sleep was completely ruined. We were on a layover with BA. And were unable to sleep. Why not call at 630am if they were worried that passengers didn't know??? The front desk even admitted that he "had not been here yesterday". Insensitive and ridiculous behaviour. The buffet was alo very poor served in a windowless restaurant. And we couldn't sleep much before 11pm as there was a band playing loud music outside. No rest at all.
