I write this review as one of the worst experiences and services. While there were some good aspects to the property the room Size which is tiny and cramped with a strange bathroom Layout inside the room the meals were ok somewhat tasteless and cold. The hotel is clean and pool Area good. The worst experience came at check out - I handed my tag to the associate whom had some trouble locating my details I said my room Number and there was nothing to pay. He asked for his colleague to do the check out of which he seemed confused.The other gentleman confirmed my room Number and stated as expected no charges. I then waited for my pre booked private care transfer.the allocation time from holiday taxi was 1-15 ton1-30. At 1.20 the driver came into the reception greeted all the staff of which I assume he knows from Other pick ups the staff showed him to me and another took my case and Places it in the car. We proceeded to the airport . After 20 minutes driving the driver got a call and was told to turn back he spoke very little English and he put the caller onto the phone . The lady whom was from reception stated this was the wrong car and the other guest was waiting and couldn’t take any other car I asked if my car was there and she stated I can take no responsibility after a heated broken exchange the driver now returning I needed to Know my driver would wait. She couldn’t confirm this. When I eventfully returned back to the property there was a black car and driver together with the receptionist and 3 others including the gentleman whom put the case in the car . No apology just confused faces !! I was so annoyed. Be aware 1 I learn there are very few taxis in this part of the island . 2 the hotel took no responsibility for putting me in the wrong car and washing ;0 minutes of a drive 3 No apology. Poor just shocking and Poor

The location was great and everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and available whenever we needed anything. I only have one small remark regarding the older lady at reception. While she was checking me out, she noticed a couple waiting behind me and suddenly stopped assisting me to speak with them, as if I wasn’t there. A very kind gentleman at reception noticed what had happened, came over with a smile, and took over from where I had been left. She later came back without acknowledging what had happened or apologizing. I think she should be made aware that this kind of behavior is not very nice and can make a guest feel ignored and disrespected. Apart from this incident, my overall experience was very positive, and the rest of the staff were lovely.

Lovely spot, very quiet, breakfast music is a bit depressing other than that a very pleasant place. Rooms are good. If not a little small. Hotel staff are very friendly, generally very clean. Have to mention the spa which was excellent, a big thank you to Luminita.

The hotel accommodation was very comfortable, and all staff members were warm and attentive. I had the SPA service at the hotel, and Gabriela delivered an exceptional experience.

Check-in very friendly, welcome drink :) All info given, info on booking halfboard during our stay and cost, three nights better value, but very annoyingly it has to be consecutive nights which is not very flexible for a holiday, it had to be the last three nights of our stay, even more stupid, but when I checked this later it seemed it did not have to be the last three so some confusion there. Room: Superior Double, not that big but everything was in good order as it is a new hotel, bathroom had a horrible large mirror on an angle, not what you need in a bathroom, could also do with some shelves. Good coffee machine. As with Iberostar there are water machines on each floor which is great. Breakfast: Lots of choice, all fine, but not the egg station, there was a large jug with an egg mixture in that looked watered down (to save cost) when ordering an omlette the eggs should be broken in front of you and made that way not from a jug :( Buffett: We booked three nights most of it was OK, live cooking for meat/fish so that is a least hot but a lot of the sides are cold as not enough heat lamps, some items do look quite recyleced but I suppose it has to be done to avoid food waste, there was a themed section, one night Indian another was sushi, so that is a issue if you have to book consecutive nights and do not have the choice, we do not like sushi so would not have necessarly choose to go then, but yes there are other things to choose. No crackers at the cheese section just bread. The food is not world class but fine. We did not try the bookable restaurant has like to go out to local area. Drinks: All good, local bottled wine prices a bit high, beer and cocktails nice. Gym: Great area everything you need and outside space, fruit, water, nuts supplied 10/10 Pool: Very comfortable, nice and peaceful, pool an odd shape, free icecream given some days which was appreciated. Nice area for sea dip too. Entertainment: One night DJ downstairs surprisingly good playing old school disco, DJ on roof top a bit too techno another night a singer a bit naff but OK. Staff: were mostly freindly and service was good. Area: Never been there before was a little concerned but it was fine there is a little town one way and a small marina the other way so enough to see. It was just a fly and flop for so in that respect it was good, just not sure if I would go back?
