Playa Garden

Lovely hotel and well run. We felt like the only English couple in an German/ Eastern European Hotel and one of the only couples not to have an under 5 year old. Saying that the atmosphere was fun but thought you need to know before booking. Also I got bitten by mosquitoes about 4 times so make sure you take a good repellent and cover your whole body. I reckon they got me on the Restaurant at the front of the Hotel so I didn’t use it after that. For a change I booked half board and it saved me nearly 200€ on a 7 night booking. Food and service for Breakfast and Evening meal was lovely and it’s the first Hotel I’ve ever stayed at, with Robot dirty plate collectors(funny to see) well done especially to the smile of Fatou and Jessica. Pool safety was good with one deep pool and one for swimmers that like to walk in steadily. Beach was amazing with 2 beds and an umbrella for 21€ but go after 15:30 and the collector seems to clock off at 4 🤣. There is a premium side to the Hotel which wasn’t used much at all in the week we were there. One mishap I must mention - My Wife and I were retiring around 9pm for the night. My Wife slipped on the 2nd stair and fell down smashing a glass window at the bottom of the stairs. God looked after her and she only had one cut a bruised arm and head. Water machine, stairs and glass don’t and should not be put together or close. Two kind Gentleman got to my Wife first (would like to thank them) and notified a Manager Magda and a kind waiter Rahbah for attending to my Wife’s injuries. Still bleeding the next day we saw the hotel Dr who removed a shard of glass from the cut. £130 (150€) later and 10 hrs it stopped bleeding. She felt very lucky as the glass was NOT shatter proof. Rooms were spacious with plenty of storage space and kept very clean. Pool view rooms were nice and block 5, 6&7 got the main Sun on them. Garden was kept immaculate and a very well run reception. On the whole a good time was had

Very friendly atmosphere, hotel not so huge, so when it is not overcrowded and in this conditions you can spand lazy holidays with family and friends.

We had an excellent time at the Resort. We ate a lot at the buffet which contained various tasty international food. There is a small gym. The pool was excellent, and clean with quick access to the bar.

Excellent location, garden park with old trees, calm sea with sand beach suitable for children. Top animations/animators and culture program. Large rooms with kitchen and balcony, friendly cleaning ladies. All staff on the highest level, always to service. Each day different cuisine, with sea food and traditional meals. Reasonable price for the value.
