Riu Bravo

We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Riu Bravo. The staff were genuinely the nicest we’ve encountered on a holiday—friendly, helpful, and consistently attentive without being overbearing. From check-in through the restaurants and pool areas, everyone made the experience feel welcoming. The all-inclusive food offered good variety. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets (plus themed options and live cooking stations) gave us plenty of choices, so meals never felt repetitive. There was a solid mix of local and international dishes, and quality held up well throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made coming back after a day out or by the pools always pleasant. The location is excellent: just a short walk (around 200 metres) to Playa de Palma beach, with easy access to the promenade, bars, restaurants, and transport links. You’re close enough to the lively side of the area while still being able to enjoy the hotel’s facilities. Overall, a strong choice for a relaxed all-inclusive break in Mallorca. We’d happily return.

We stayed as a family of 3 room was not really that big, it was clean but paintwork etc was tired. Needed a mirror/dressing table in bedroom are with more plug sockets. Hotel staff mostly friendly but hotel was geared to German holidaymakers not English and we felt a little uneasy with this. We booked all inclusive but it wasn’t all inclusive (ripped off) only one of us drank alcohol and ended up with a EUR160 bill upon check-out. Only included drinks were soft, tea/coffee and 3 x wine/beer with evening dinner. These were served in tiny wine glasses. Very disappointed overall won’t return to Majorca !

Love this hotel ,there is absolutely nothing not to like here ,near the beach ,The beach/sea absolutely beautiful but sunbeds in poor condition and expensive, spent most of the week amongst German nationalities whom know how to have a cracking time ,love it and will return .....

Extremely nice staff (waiters, receptionists, cleaners), they were friendly for my son. Wide variety of food, and it was delicious. There was one thing, what we didn't like. There was a silly rule with the pool. "No ball in pool". My two-year-old son couldn't even catch the ball because it was forbidden.
