THB Gran Playa

Said at the THB Gran Playa for two weeks. Ideal location for beach, restaurants, shops. Spotlessly clean with very pleasant staff. Great entertainment 3 nights a week. We decided not to do inclusive as like eating out. However did eat in the restaurant twice. First time excellent beef stew! Second time not to my taste but thats personal to me. On the Downside is the swimming pool. I could see from the photos it was not a big pool but i considered it dated and in need of some TLC - eg broken tiles. Not good if you have mobility issues as I do with an injured foot/leg. To get into pool was either by ladders or down a tiled slope with a bar to hang on to. Also very limited space to walk round this area. Didn't spend much time here because of these issues. But went on beach which was lovely - sunbed 21 euros a day for two.

Although the hotel is clean and quiet- we as a couple were not totally overly impressed this hotel .. Milk supplied for cereals at breakfast during our stay warm never cold .. a couple of the jams were so runny .. plates cold unless we lifted up over a dozen to find some warm - The lack of sugar sachets in our room .. at times none were ever replenished..including Loo roll. The pool was clean and inviting including the surrounding area was kept extremely clean and attractive looking. And yes noise level was extremely low.. Leo was and Ana were first class in the dinning area. But sadly we will not return.. as both of weren’t keen on this area of Majorcia. ..

Lovely hotel, great location close to shops and restaurants also just a short walk to the beach. We stayed for 6 nights with breakfast included, fantastic choice of continental and cooked items, particularly liked the fresh omelettes made to order. Fresh towels everyday including towels for sun bed use. The bar area and snack shack provided light lunches, again good quality food served by very pleasant staff. Pool area was relaxed and peaceful with plenty of beds available. Our room was well presented with air con which was a welcome relief after spending the day in the heat. Although we were close to everything there was no noise or disturbance so we enjoyed plenty of peaceful sleeps. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to hopefully visiting again 😊

Currently on last day here at THB Playa. This is a really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean, food good, staff friendly. Lovely sized pool, very quiet. No sun bed wars whatsoever. If you are looking for peaceful relaxation in an adults only hotel, in excellent location, then do not hesitate to look any further. High praise from us for this chic hotel. In addition, there were a lot of solo travellers here and I would feel safe and looked after if staying in my own.

Just returned from a fantastic solo stay here. The hotel is modern and clean with good facilities. Cleaners were great, room cleaned and fresh towels every day. I was B&B and the breakfast options were great, loads to choose from. The snack bar is also really good. Lovely pool area, can always get a sunbed and you get free pool towels (no deposit needed). Perfect location for beach, bars & restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
