⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Recommend for Families! We stayed at TUI BLUE Grupotel Mallorca Mar a few weeks ago as a family of four — two adults, a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old — and honestly, we had the best time! We would 100% recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. We had a lovely apartment-style room which was really spacious, with a huge balcony that gave the kids plenty of room to play and allowed us to sit outside and relax while they were having some downtime. Everywhere was incredibly clean, and the cleaners came in every day and were always very thorough. One of the things that really stood out to us was how family and baby-friendly the hotel was. They had a microwave available in the restaurant, and you could hire pretty much anything you could need for babies, including sterilising equipment, prams, highchairs and more. It made travelling with a 1-year-old so much easier! They also have a baby clubhouse, which we thought was such an amazing addition. It had soft play, a lovely seating area, changing facilities and sleep rooms. We thought the sleep rooms were such a brilliant touch, especially for those times when the little ones needed a break from the sun and heat. It meant you could still enjoy being around the pool and facilities while having somewhere cool and comfortable for your baby to rest. It really felt like they had thought about everything families with young children might need. 🏊‍♀️ The Pools There are three main pool areas, and our children absolutely loved them. There is a splash park with slides which our kids adored, a quieter heated pool with jacuzzis, and the main pool, which has a gradual slope on either side and an island in the middle where lots of activities were hosted. There was also a smaller, shallow pool on the side which was perfect for little ones. There was genuinely something for everyone, whether you wanted to relax somewhere quieter or keep the children entertained. 🧸 Kids Club – Absolutely Amazing! We also used the kids’ club, and if I’m honest, we were a little unsure about it at first — but wow, our children absolutely loved it! There are two 2-hour sessions available each day. Children over 3 can attend for free, while there is a charge for under-3s. I believe it was around €22 per session, with discounts available if you book multiple sessions. Our 1-year-old had a few sessions with Naomi and Hannah, who were absolutely amazing with her. They were so caring and clearly had lots of experience with younger children, which made us feel completely comfortable leaving her with them. The kids’ club room itself was a really good size with loads of toys, an outdoor area and even a separate sleep room with cots and galaxy lights if the little ones needed a nap. They really had thought of everything. We received an email after each session with updates and photos, which was lovely and reassuring. At the end of our stay, they even gave us a little booklet filled with drawings and pictures she had made during her time there, along with daily information about bottles, sleep, food and anything else we might want to know. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we will definitely keep. Our 3-year-old also absolutely loved her sessions. She built a lovely relationship with one of the team members, who I believe was called Nwaio — apologies if I’ve got the name wrong! She was quite shy at first, but he really took her under his wing and made her feel safe and comfortable. He even came and played with the children in the pool during his break, and they absolutely loved him! We honestly cannot thank everyone in the kids’ club enough. I felt completely safe leaving both of my children with them. They were friendly, knowledgeable and clearly very experienced with children. They also had a really good check-in/check-out system. Only parents or designated people could collect the children, and the designated guardians had to have their photo on the app, which gave us even more reassurance about safety. 🎭 Entertainment & Activities The entertainment was perfect for our children. We didn’t really get to experience the adult entertainment because, with two young children, we were usually in bed by the time it started 😂 — but the lineup looked really good! The daytime activity programme was huge. There was so much available for both adults and children throughout the day that you could easily fill your entire holiday with activities if you wanted to. 🏖️ Location & Beach The location was also great. It was only a short walk into the local town, where there were some lovely restaurants and a harbour to explore. One of the best things was that the hotel provides a free minibus to the local beach every 30 minutes, which was such a great bonus, especially with young children. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful, and having the regular free shuttle meant you could easily spend some time at the beach without worrying about taxis or long walks with all the baby and toddler essentials! ❤️ Overall Overall, we had such a fantastic holiday and honestly couldn’t fault the hotel. From the cleanliness and facilities to the amazing kids’ club, baby facilities, beautiful pools and incredible staff, everything made our holiday so much easier and more enjoyable with two young children. It’s clear that the hotel genuinely understands what families need, particularly families travelling with babies and toddlers. We would 1000% recommend TUI BLUE Grupotel Mallorca Mar and would absolutely love to return! ❤️☀️🌴

We booked this holiday to share our Golden Wedding Celebrations with our family. For a 3 generation family unit this hotel proved to be ideal. Plenty to do see and eat for everyone. Pools worked well for our grandsons We had one bedroom apartments which suited us all very well. Great value for money Staff lovely all very polite and anxious to please Even provided a gorgeous birthday cake for youngest grandsons 6th Birthday while there. Staff made him feel very special too

We’ve only been here a couple of days but we’re so impressed that we felt we had to write a review now, especially as we read so many bad reviews before coming that really made us worry. We arrived around midnight, and were told there was food available in the restaurant if we wanted something to eat. This was a welcome surprise as we were quite hungry. Our room is huge and modern. There is a large kitchenette/dining table/lounge area with a kettle, microwave, fridge and hob. In the bathroom there’s the option of a bath, shower over the bath, and separate shower. The food has been good so far, really hot which is something you don’t often get at an all inclusive. The only minor downside is that there aren’t as many hot food options as some other all inclusive places we’ve been too. It’s fine for us as we aren’t fussy, plus there is pasta and pizza for people that are fussy. We read a review that said there aren’t any cocktails included with all inclusive. This is not true, there is a list of cocktails that are included, as well as soft drinks, beer, wine, slushies etc, you just need to read the menu to see what is included. The only thing we have struggled to find is places to fill up water bottles, however they have water dispensers where you can fill up cups. The pools here are amazing, there is a huge main pool, a fantastic splash park for children with a small pool that’s covered by shade, and a whirlpool pool area. There are loads of sun loungers and plenty of space to move into the sun and shade. All in all we’re having a great time so far and would definitely come back! Ignore the bad reviews.

The was excellent for us as it wasn't on a main strip. A 10 mins walk along the seafront and you get to the harbour and that's where all the shop and restaurants begin. They do put a bus on for you also at the hotel. The hotel was nice a great room with a living and eating area. Sink, hob for cooking and a kitchen unit sized fridge. Two patio doors, one in the living room and one in the bedroom onto a large balcony looking at the see. The staff were excellent and the food was very nice. I would certainly choose here again next time I visit. Well done and keep it up.

We have had a very mixed experience at this hotel, and unfortunately the negatives have outweighed the positives. In our opinion, it falls well short of what we would expect from a 4-star TUI BLUE hotel. On the positive side, the pools are good, particularly the children’s pool, which has lots of slides and is great for younger children. All of the staff we have encountered have been pleasant and friendly, and the hotel and rooms are very clean. A special mention to Silvia, our cleaner, who even took the time to make a lovely towel display on our beds one day, which was a really nice touch. There are also plenty of sunbeds, so there is no need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve one. Unfortunately, the food has been by far the biggest disappointment. We appreciate that catering for large numbers of guests is challenging and that buffet food is never going to suit everyone, but we have found the quality and variety extremely poor, particularly when compared with another TUI BLUE hotel of the same star rating that we stayed at last year. At dinner there seem to be around eight main dishes, alongside salad, pizza and plain pasta. Breakfast also tastes very cheap and lacks variety. We are not particularly fussy eaters, but we have genuinely struggled to find something we want to eat most evenings and have ended up living on chips, pizza and ice cream. For an all-inclusive 4-star hotel, we expected considerably more. Another major issue is the evening entertainment area. There is no air conditioning or effective ventilation, and it becomes unbearably hot inside. You leave absolutely dripping with sweat. There are numerous doors that could be opened to improve airflow, yet despite several guests asking, they are not opened. This has had a real impact on our evenings because we have found it so uncomfortable that we have ended up returning to our room early instead. With children, this leaves very little to do in the evenings and is incredibly disappointing when you are on an all-inclusive family holiday. We have also been disappointed with the TUI rep service. I have been trying to book a day trip for three days and have visited the rep desk several times during the advertised hours, only to find nobody there. If the stated opening times cannot be covered, they should be updated or there should at least be some information explaining when a rep will actually be available. Overall, the hotel is clean, the pools are good and the staff are pleasant, but these positives do not make up for the shortcomings. We have stayed in other TUI BLUE hotels and, based on that experience, arrived with much higher expectations. Sadly, this hotel feels very average to us and we do not feel it provides the standard we would associate with a 4-star TUI BLUE property. There is definitely potential here, but the food quality and variety, ventilation in the evening entertainment area and availability of the TUI representative all need significant improvement. Based on our experience, we would not rate this hotel as a 4-star property.
