Club Hotel Dolphin

This is an incredible enjoyable stay in Club Hotel Dolphin. It was a fabulous location with nice,clean and quiet atmosphere. Foods are delicious and spotless buffet is too spread. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Great value for spending money. Services are highly professional. Staff is kind and helpful. Thank you Dolphin team for made up a fabulous and unmemorable stay.

Calm environment and easy acces. Friendly and helpful staff

Due to the Middle East situation the hotel was very quiet, obviously that has nothing to do with the property but it lacked any atmosphere. The hotel is large and the pools and gardens are spotless, we stayed for 4 nights and felt that was enough. We upgraded to sea view villas which are larger than rooms and are separate which made it special. The food was delicious, we went To Waves restaurant for my wife’s 50th and they made is so special for her.

Our recent visit to Club Dolphin was absolutely excellent. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the staff was next-level; I don't think I saw a single staff member without a genuine smile on their face. They are incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. The resort is exceptionally clean, and it is clear to see the immense effort the management and staff put into maintaining the property. Our room was very spacious and offered a stunning, unobstructed view of the Indian Ocean. Another massive highlight is their pool. It is one of the largest in Sri Lanka, which is a fantastic advantage for anyone looking to relax or have some fun. Club Dolphin is highly recommended for families. It is incredibly family-friendly, offering a wonderful kids' club, dedicated kids' pools, a massive garden for the little ones to run around in, and fantastic daily entertainment and activities organized by the energetic animation team. Providing all of these top-tier facilities and offers to guests is truly unbelievable, especially during these challenging economic times globally. Despite the current world crisis, the resort has compromised absolutely nothing when it comes to guest facilities and comfort. A huge shout-out to the Front Office and Housekeeping teams who are doing a brilliant job here—always professional, friendly, and respectful. Now, let’s talk about the food and drinks! The buffet features a massive spread with a wide variety of choices, and every single bite we had was delicious. My kids, in particular, enjoyed the meals immensely. We were highly impressed when the Executive Chef personally came to our table to check on our satisfaction and offer something special for us. The F&B team, led by Mr. Yapa, was brilliant. They truly know how to pamper the kids and treat their guests like royalty. Finally, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Manoj, and his fantastic team for looking after us so wonderfully during our stay. This is definitely not our last visit. We will be back very soon!
