We had a wonderful stay in Eden. They warmly welcomed us and offer a good welcome drink. Rooms was very good. Food was very good. Pool was amazing. Thank u Methuli and Mihirani for the service. When is comes to the staff , they are very professional and polite and friendly. One of best staff and service I have ever experienced. We can recommend this hotel and come back again.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Eden Hotel. The biggest issue was the long waiting time for our rooms. We had to wait nearly 2 hours before the rooms were ready, which was very frustrating after arriving at the hotel. The service and overall experience did not meet our expectations. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves the check-in process and guest service.
