Trinco Blu by Cinnamon

The hotel was lovely, but the staff truly made our stay exceptional. I would especially like to commend Manager Prem, Chef Asela, and staff members Kokilan and Jayathan, who were courteous, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The restaurant and reception teams were equally welcoming and attentive. A special mention also goes to Rosnan from housekeeping, who was very attentive to cleanliness and always friendly and courteous. Beyond the excellent service, the hotel’s location is wonderful, with the beach just a few steps from the doorstep. There was a great variety of food to choose from, and the peaceful, quiet surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Their outstanding service and warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all your efforts and would happily recommend this hotel to others!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience! Our annual excursion was a wonderful experience. The service provided was excellent, with staff being friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing experience for all participants. The location was ideal and offered a pleasant environment for both leisure and team bonding activities. The cleanliness standards were excellent across all facilities, and the overall value received was outstanding. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the accommodation and the peaceful atmosphere, which contributed to a restful stay. We highly appreciate the hospitality extended to our team and look forward to visiting again in the future.

The location was exceptional, rigth at the beautiful beach. No trash on the beach, we could even observe the traditional fishing technique in the mornings in front of the hotel. The staff was very kind, welcoming and attentive. Our room was clean and spacious, with everything needed for our 4-nights stay. The whole hotel is well maintained. The food was also great, with continental and local optios both at breakfast and dinner. There was some construction/maintenance going on in the upper levels of the main building but we did not hear anything from it in our room. We also appreciated the pet/aminal friendliness, as we saw plenty of squirrels, birds, geckos and friendly dogs living around the hotel, bringing extra sweet moments during our stay. The animal presence was never intimidating or disturbing during our stay (but we are animal friendly anyways). There are great shops and restaurants outside the hotel by the road, some are also reachable from the beach. The tuk-tuks can take you anywhere around Trincomalee, they are affordable and definitely an experience to try. Altogerher, we would 100% recommend the Trinco Blu for people waiting to relax and enjoy the closeness of the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Was a wonderful stay in a great location by the beautiful east coast beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. and made our stay that much more pleasant. The buffet was great but could be varied a little each day.
