We had a fantastic stay at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon! The beautiful beachfront location, clean rooms, excellent facilities, and outstanding hospitality made our family holiday truly memorable. A special thank you to Premkumar, the Reception Manager, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He was extremely helpful and arranged for us to upgrade to a beautiful beach-view room at a great price. He was always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable, and even spending time playing with my children. His friendly personality, genuine care, and exceptional customer service made us feel very welcome. Premajithan at reception was also wonderful, always greeting us with a smile and going out of his way to provide excellent service. He also recommended some lovely things to do around the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our beach-view room was lovely, and we really appreciated the efforts of the security staff, especially Dayashini, who helped keep the area safe by chasing away stray dogs when necessary. This gave us greater peace of mind, especially with our children. The kitchen team also deserves recognition. Mahesh, Sanjeevan, and Dilakshan provided excellent service and were always helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. Murali, the pool attendant, was especially attentive to our children, keeping a watchful eye on them and even informing us when rain was approaching. His thoughtfulness and attentiveness helped us feel safe and relaxed while enjoying the pool with our kids. We were equally impressed by the housekeeping team. Sampath and Dayashan did an excellent job keeping our room spotless. Their work was thorough, efficient, and impressively quick. Overall, what made our stay truly special was not just the beautiful beachfront setting, but the wonderful people who took care of us. Every team member contributed to making our family feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. A special thank you to Premkumar for going the extra mile and making our stay so memorable. His outstanding hospitality is a real credit to the hotel. We highly recommend Trinco Blu by Cinnamon to families looking for a relaxing beach holiday with excellent service and warm Sri Lankan hospitality. We would love to return! ❤️
