We got our room a bit later than usual as they were handling a big crowd from an industry. The room was well cleaned but I am sorry to say that housekeeping does not verify completeness from a checklist. So, I recommend the housekeeping team to have regular meeting to ensure completeness and correctness as they do not seem to do this on a regular basis. The kettle was not functioning and the housekeeper tells me they do not have bathroom MATS/rugs. It’s not a scarce resource ( ask Gehantex) It’s made locally and it’s good to give business to local produces and ensure a good healthy supply chain. We want our hotels to ensure quality as every dollar matters. The staff took comments very positively. Particularly the housekeeping employee Lassantha who took every effort to make us happy and have a pleasant stay. Restaurant was good and staff very courteous. Most of all the location and ambiance was very significant and to the taste of Geoffrey Bawa.

Nice hotel.rooms are very clean and comfortable.we really enjoyed animation dancing show.it was really nice.they are very talented and very professional.thankyou so much sanjana,kosala,pasi du,amila and kabila for your amazing job.we definitely will be back.
