Stayed at room 406, a rivereside suite and the view was spectacular. Clean, lovely and plent of circulation space for a toddler and baby to move around. child friendly in all ways.

We returned to this hotel after 32 years when we got married . Amazing hotel, with staff who are fabulous. Attentive , always with a smile . We booked the junior suite and had access to the Kasara lounge. Big shout to Mick, Bella, Tam , Mew , Som-O, Fern and Jami . Great hospitality and cocktails. We also enjoyed the pool table bar , my husband enjoyed a few games with staff . Breakfast was great, good choice . We also did a river boat cruise as well enjoy the complimentary river boat to get around Thank you all from reception staff, restaurant / bar staff to the gym and housekeeping . Keep shining !! 💕

A massive hotel by the Sea with its own lovley beach just a few steps from the swimming pool, sprawling grounds that feature a basketball court, lawn tennis court, a fountain and buggies to take Guests for a ride to and fro the Restaurant near the Beach for breakfast. There are many exquisite restaurants in tne Hotel with one just by the Sea. The room was amazing as it was quite spacious with a veranda featuring a lounging rocker with comfortable padding. The telly with good channel options was mounted on this ingenious pedal that allows it to swivel facing the room, the bed, or the toilet, so you watch the telly wherever you are in the room. The amenities were quite modern, spacious, clean, with good water pressure and most amazingly, two different washhand basins with different mirrors separated by a wall in the washroom so you and another occupant can use them at the same time. The bathroom is also separate from the toilet and you can move from the washroom through glass doors to the patio with the rocking lounge kinda bed. Breakfast was always amazing with a lot of tasty wide variety of options. There is a mall right in front of the Hotel with shops including a KFC in it. All in all, it was a lovely experience in an upscale hotel with lots of amenities to keep one busy and comfortable throughout one's stay.

We first stayed at the Anantara Hotel 23 years ago, and it’s gotten even better. The staff is very friendly and highly professional. The suites are spacious and tastefully decorated. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Traders Vic offers a great selection of dinner options. Dinner on the Cruises was an unforgettable experience. Great food and incredibly wonderful staff. Thanks to the whole team—it was a fantastic stay.

We stayed at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort with our baby, and it was one of those rare stays where the hotel takes stress away instead of adding to it. The airport transfer set the tone. We arrived on 30 August and Anantara staff guided us to the car with ease. I did not catch his name, which I still regret. He was warm, helpful and unhurried, no stiff hotel-script smile. After a flight with a baby, that greeting mattered. Check-in at the Kasara Lounge was just as smooth: no long wait and no confusion. The room was already set up with a cot, bottle steriliser and the other baby basics. We did not have to chase housekeeping. That first hour felt settled, not chaotic. Much of this was down to Mr Shanaka Reshan. He was helping before we arrived, handling the baby requests and making sure everything was in place. He was accommodating and never made it sound like too much to ask. That pre-arrival support is a big reason the stay felt so good. The room was comfortable and practical for a family, with enough space for a cot. Coming back to a room that was already organised made travelling with a baby much easier. As GHA Titanium members, lounge access was a real plus. The Kasara Lounge became our morning and evening base. Staff remembered we had a baby and did not rush us. Breakfast there was a highlight. The Market buffet has more variety, but the lounge’s à la carte food was better cooked and better presented. Cocktail hour was done properly too, with canapés that change theme daily. Anantara Spa felt like a genuine break. Staff were attentive without hovering, checked the pressure and kept the experience calm. There were no hard sell, no rush. After days of carrying baby things around Bangkok, that was exactly what we needed. What stood out most was how joined-up the service felt. Transfer, check-in, room, lounge and spa did not feel like separate departments. Someone had thought about the stay as a whole, especially the baby side of it. Would we stay again? A big yes.
