Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin

Overall it was very good , we stayed in 2 bedroom kids themed room which had a cute tent for the kids to play, a bunk bed in the kids room but the kids closet was a bit faulty and didn't close properly, the bathroom had a shower and a bath which was great, and the water park was a great attractions for the kids and adults, also the had great pizza in the park, and the infinity pool on the top floor

It was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion even more special. Throughout our stay, the team members were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. Special thanks to Aaron, Baifern, JanJira, and Asit from the Concierge Team for their wonderful assistance. A special mention as well to the lovely security colleague who took the time to show us how to get to the train tracks — such a simple gesture, but one we genuinely appreciated! We stayed for 6 nights at the hotel and enjoyed our stay. My kids like the theme park so much that we were there for a few hours daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. One of the staff Pantitra at the Games room was very helpful and friendly. She would walk around the Games room and make sure every one can play their games smoothly. My kids like her friendly smile too. We will come back again. Thank you so much.
