Great location. Value for money 3brm apartment- as each brm has attached good size bathroom n toilet. Very clean. Thoughtful provision of fruits n cakes for mom’s birthday.

This was my first time visiting Thailand, and my first experience staying at this hotel. From the very beginning, I had a truly wonderful experience, and I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire team for making my stay so special. When I first arrived, I was not carrying any cash with me. I needed to pay the taxi, so I approached one of the security staff members and explained my situation. Mr. Wat, one of the security team members, kindly helped me without hesitation. He gave me the cash I needed for the taxi without asking unnecessary questions or making me feel uncomfortable. This simple act of kindness meant a lot to me, especially because I had not even checked in yet. It immediately gave me a very positive impression of the hotel and its people. A special thank you to Mr. Wat for his kindness, trust, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Small gestures like this can make a huge difference to a guest, and I will remember his kindness for a long time. I would also like to give a very special appreciation to the Reception Team, especially Mind and Mil. They were absolutely wonderful. Their smiles, kindness, professionalism, patience, and welcoming attitude made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. In my opinion, the reception team is one of the most important parts of any hotel because they are the first people guests meet and the first impression of the hotel. Mind and Mil truly understood this. They did not simply perform their jobs; they made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. Their attitude, communication, and willingness to help were exceptional. They were always friendly, respectful, and ready to assist. The way they delivered their service showed genuine care and hospitality, and that is something that cannot be taught only through training—it comes from having the right attitude and heart for the job. I sincerely believe that all hotel reception staff should have the same level of professionalism and hospitality demonstrated by Mind and Mil. They represent the hotel extremely well and are a great example of what excellent guest service should look like. To Mr. Wat, Mind, Mil, and the entire hotel team, thank you so much for your kindness, support, smiles, and wonderful hospitality. You made my first experience in Thailand even more memorable. I came as a guest, but I left with a very positive impression and wonderful memories of the people who welcomed me. Please know that your efforts do not go unnoticed. Sometimes a small act of kindness or a warm smile can completely change someone's experience, and you did exactly that for me. Thank you once again for everything. This is my third time staying here, and I’ve had a wonderful experience every single time! The hotel is always very clean, quiet, and peaceful, which makes it a perfect place to relax. A special thank you to Mind and Mie at the front desk! They gave us such a warm welcome and were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service has been consistently excellent during all of my stays. The location is also very convenient, while the hotel itself still feels quiet and private. Coming back for the third time says it all! I truly enjoy staying here and will definitely be back again.
