A special thank you to Pare at the front desk I stayed at The Sukosol Hotel recently and wanted to give a specific shout-out to Pare at reception. I needed a late checkout, and then, slightly sheepishly, a second extension on top of that. Pare handled it with genuine grace, which meant I could pack at my own pace instead of scrambling out the door. A small thing on paper, but it made the end of my stay noticeably less stressful. What stood out most was her warmth. I came down to the desk at dawn, and even at that hour she was welcoming and cheerful in a way that made me feel genuinely looked after rather than like just another guest checking out. That kind of hospitality is what turns a good hotel stay into a memorable one. Thank you, Pare — your kindness didn't go unnoticed, and it's a big part of why I'd happily return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying this hotel. During check-in, Khun Pond provided exceptionally prompt and friendly service. He was professional, attentive, and able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed with the ovarall experience and will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit. :)
