I accidentally left my 2TB SanDisk SSD in the hotel lobby after a meeting and didn't even realise I'd lost it. Thankfully, Khun Tum from the security team found it and checked the CCTV footage to identify me and help return it to me. I'm really grateful for his honesty and help. Losing an expensive SSD would have been a real headache, so he definitely saved me from a lot of trouble! 😅 Thank you, Khun Tum, for your help and for taking such good care of guests. I really appreciate it!🥰

I went to Lotus Spa and massage. The massager is very good and a receptionist “Jing-Jing” she’s great greeting and take cares.

A great place to relax and unwind. They offer incredible massages that are truly stress-relieving. The customer service is also excellent, especially Jenny, who gives you a very warm welcome and makes sure you are comfortably settled in and ready to enjoy your massage.
