Tower Club at Lebua

Really good energy , 5 star breakfast , receptionist Ni was my favorite person. Super kind

The staff are friendly especially Joel and The hotel is very beautiful

We have been travelling across Asia for the past month, staying at various five-star hotels, and this is the first hotel that truly deserves a five-star rating for customer service. From the moment you pull up at the entrance and see the gorgeous lobby—where every natural flower arrangement looks like a small work of art—the experience is amazing. You are directed to a comfortable sitting area and given a refreshing wet towel and cold tea, while they manage the luggage and complete the check-in without you ever having to stand and wait in front of a counter. Ham, our guest service coordinator, ensured we were checked in smoothly, gave a quick and thorough briefing on the amenities, offered great suggestions, and ensured we settled in comfortably. Great hotel and excellent customer service!

It was a thoroughly amazing experience with Lebua at the State Tower and I recommend to Stay here in Such an Iconic Hotel. We were welcomed in the Hotel by Miss Benz and she ensured that we had a comfortable stay

Great hospitality at the checkin counter by Miss Benz, after a very tiring flight. Loved the ambiance, the service till now, & looking forward for a lovely stay ahead
