Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa

What an absolutely fantastic stay once again at Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa! From the moment I arrived, I received such a wonderfully warm welcome and was greeted back with genuine smiles from the staff. The friendliness and hospitality here are exceptional and are a huge part of what makes me want to keep returning. My room was magnificent. I had a huge, incredibly comfortable bed, a large balcony and a wonderful view overlooking the beautiful hotel grounds. The room itself was spacious, extremely comfortable and had great amenities, including complimentary robes and slippers and a safe for valuables. It really had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is absolutely perfect for me. It’s peaceful, quiet and incredibly relaxing exactly what I want when I come to Thailand. You can completely switch off, forget about everything else and simply enjoy being on holiday. The beach is another huge highlight. It’s absolutely enormous, with beautiful fresh golden sand and wonderfully warm sea once you’re down there, it’s perfect. One thing I would mention for anyone with reduced mobility is that access down to the beach can be a little difficult, so that is worth bearing in mind. Also, if you’re visiting in September, be cautious when entering the sea as the water can sometimes become quite rough. That certainly doesn’t take away from just how beautiful Bangtao Beach is, though. There is also plenty within easy reach of the hotel. There are local shops and massage parlours nearby, as well as the famous 7-Eleven where you can get absolutely anything you might need during your stay. It gives you the best of both worlds a wonderfully peaceful resort while still having everyday essentials and local businesses close by. The entire resort is immaculately clean. Everywhere you look, the hotel is beautifully maintained, and you constantly see the staff working hard to keep everything spotless. The amount of care that goes into maintaining the resort really shows. The food is absolutely superb! Honestly, some of the best food I ate during my entire time in Thailand. I particularly loved having freshly cooked food available at both lunch and dinner. The quality was consistently excellent, there was always plenty of choice, and I genuinely looked forward to every meal. The drinks selection was equally impressive, with a fantastic range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There was an excellent choice of cocktails, beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks, so there was always something to enjoy whether relaxing by the pool, having a meal or winding down in the evening. Most importantly, there is just something special about this hotel. I absolutely loved being back. The beautiful surroundings, stunning beach, peaceful atmosphere, fantastic food and drinks, immaculate cleanliness and genuinely lovely staff all combine to make this somewhere I’m incredibly happy to return too. Leaving was genuinely the worst part. A massive thank you to everyone at Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa for another amazing stay and for making me feel so welcome again. I had an absolutely brilliant time, and there is no question about it, I’ll be back next year. Already counting down the days! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just back from a lovely 13 night stay at The Best Western and enjoyed every minute. Stopping in room 1203 on the first floor, the room was large with a lovely view of one of the pools. Comfortable bed, lovely shower, safe, ironing board plus iron, minibar in the fridge plus snacks, tv with a good choice of channels. Breakfast was served just a short walk from the room. The choice of food available was excellent and covers most of your dietary needs. The staff are super friendly, from the waiters/ waitresses, and the egg station. ( Thank you for my Micky Mouse pancakes) The pool area was kept immaculately clean and there were ample sun beds at all times. You’re allocated cards for beach towels on arrival and pick them up poolside during your visit. The hotel is right on the beach, despite choppier seas at this time of year, when the tide was out, it was a lovely walk on pristine sands. First time at this hotel, and we enjoyed every minute. Super friendly staff, comfortable bedrooms, efficient reception staff, lovely pool area, beach walks……what more do you want. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a lovely stay. Where to start.... Came late August and the weather was amazing! Would completely retaking a gamble on lower prices is monsoon season. Few storms but they were fab to see! Rooms: The hotel rooms are immaculately presented. Cleaned daily and very spacious. Food: Breakfast buffet is ample and a good selection Lunch and evenings a real highlight. Served a la carte 3 course meal 2x a day. Seafood, Thai and Italian and a whole lot more. Like being served at a restaurant every day! Can not fault the food. Staff: The shining star of the resort. Can NOT do enough for you. DANIEL on reception is just a complete gentleman and a true professional. Every Staff member we encountered went above and beyond in every way. Always happy, smiling and aiming to make your holiday the best ever. In conclusion... Just book this hotel. You absolutely would not be dissatisfied, it is luxury at an extremely reasonable price. We will certainly return.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort! The hotel is absolutely fantastic, and I can highly recommend it to anyone.
