Centara Karon Resort Phuket

Returning here, I love everything about this place. Thank you to everyone Centara Karon family for the warm service. Siri, Air, Beer, Sun,Boy, Lek (Spa), at the lobby made us happy for the check-in process . Siri and Air kept smiling even during busy moments—truly commendable. The breakfast received excellent care from TuTa and Zackie. Kids club and pool were highlights; the children they didn't want to go home. Special take care from Nutty ,Kim , Kit and all. I will be here again soon.

This is my second stay at Centara Karon and we had a fabulous time both times. The resort has also now been upgraded. The resort is very clean and has three pools all of which are lovely. The food at the restaurant is nice and the staff so friendly. The area it is situated in is busy and there is a beach very close by. Thank you Centara Karon, We will be back again!

Very disappointing service and limited children’s facilities I chose Centara Karon Resort Phuket mainly because of the facilities and activities advertised for children. Unfortunately, several of these facilities were closed for renovation during our stay, despite the hotel being busy with many families in early August. This significantly affected our experience, particularly for my youngest daughter. The service was also extremely disappointing. When my wife’s arrival date changed, the hotel showed no flexibility regarding our booking. After receiving a second room, I had to ask four times for the extra bed to be removed and for the room to be properly reset. I also had to repeatedly request that the room be cleaned and that items which should have been removed earlier in the week were finally taken away. I also lost my debit card during the trip and asked whether I could transfer money to the hotel and receive cash in return. Although I understand that hotels may have policies regarding this, the staff made no effort to suggest an alternative solution or assist me. Overall, the hotel was inflexible, poorly organised and not customer-focused. I would not recommend it, especially to families booking specifically for the children’s activities.

Our stay at the villa is truly exceptional, making it a perfect family holiday. The stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings set the stage for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the variety of pools available, each offering a unique atmosphere—whether you wanted to soak up the sun or enjoy a refreshing swim with the family while the kids enjoy the slides and water activities. I highly recommend taking advantage of the spa services. The treatments were rejuvenating, and Lek, in particular, provided an amazing experience that was both calming and restorative. Her attention to detail and skill truly made the spa visit memorable. Overall, Centara is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy quality time with loved ones. The combination of luxurious amenities and excellent service makes it a destination worth revisiting.
