La Solaya Khao Lak

I checked in on 14 September 2026 and stayed in room 5125. The reception staff, especially Ms. Rinna and the other team members, were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us clear and easy-to-understand explanations about the hotel facilities and different areas. Everyone was cheerful and had a warm smile. The atmosphere inside the room and throughout the hotel was beautiful and perfect for relaxation. We also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast. All the staff were attentive and took great care of us. They recommended various dishes and explained the different areas of the restaurant. In particular, Mr. Tony welcomed us exceptionally well and regularly checked to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Overall, I was very impressed with the hospitality and service. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

I had such a lovely experience at the restaurant! One of the things that really stood out to me was the service. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Everyone always had a smile on their face, which made the atmosphere feel warm and comfortable. I’d especially like to mention Tony from the restaurant. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted me with such a beautiful smile. His service really made a difference and made me feel very welcome throughout my visit. I really appreciated how attentive he was without being too formal. Everything felt natural and sincere, and you could tell that he genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable and happy. Thank you, Tony, and the whole team for making my dining experience so enjoyable. The warm hospitality, friendly service, and beautiful smiles definitely made an impression on me. We were delighted to stay at the newly opened Soraya. The morning breakfast buffet was a true highlight, offering a great variety of delicious options alongside an exceptionally friendly team. Dinner at the beachside restaurant was equally impressive, featuring high-quality, memorable cuisine. ​The hotel has two pools—a larger main pool with some natural shade, and a stunning infinity pool right by the beach. The resort also provides a great selection of board games, perfect for rainy days. Special mention goes to Jim from luggage and transport for his enthusiastic English practice, as well as Auye from the reception. House keeping was very attentive and professional. ​Our experience was nearly flawless. However, we found the late checkout request required far more insistence than expected. While we appreciate the operational logistics involved, a touch more flexibility in this area—particularly during low season—would elevate their service to match the high standards of the rest of the resort.
