Excellent experience at the pool bar, fully catered for with drinks and food, service was always served with a smile. Ron and mam always go that bit more to make you that perfect cocktail! Absolutely fab hotel and stuff, love it! Can’t wait to request a return visit!!

We loved our experience at Marriott resort Merlin Beach. We cannot express the kindness that we felt here from all of the staff in the restaurants, like Kwan, Smile, Been, Mook and many others. Also by the pool and in the rooms and even the front desk! We were made to feel like VIP guests! Daily our housekeeper Song, would do something cute to decorate our bed. Everyone was eager to make our trip, relaxing, and fun! There is a good family atmosphere here. Located in a nice area. Grounds are kept nice and pools are well maintained. We really didn’t feel like we needed to leave the property very much. We would come back here for sure, especially with kids and grandkids.

Highly recommend staying at the phuket marriot merlin beach the service was amazing we had giftzy, nadaer and blue look after us and they did an amazing job looking after all our needs and making sure we had everything we needed they were the best. Great accomadation for kids or for adults to relax aswell and always giving us little thabk you desserts

A Special Thank You to Some Truly Exceptional Staff ❤️ I wanted to leave an additional review specifically to recognise some of the incredible staff members who made our stay at the Phuket Marriott Merlin Resort & Spa so memorable. A very special mention to Palmy, one of the evening waitresses at The Lounge. What an absolutely gorgeous and generous lady. Palmy looked after us hand and foot every evening and genuinely could not do enough for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always did everything with such warmth, kindness and a beautiful smile. Her appearance was always absolutely immaculate, but more importantly, it was her personality and genuine care that stood out. She made us feel so welcome every evening and was one of those people who you know you’ll remember long after leaving the resort. Thank you so much, Palmy — you are an absolute star! ❤️ I also want to give a huge shout-out to the breakfast team at Merchant Kitchen, particularly Giftzy, Nadear and Blue. Every morning they were so friendly, attentive and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make breakfast such an enjoyable experience, remembering us, checking that everything was okay and making sure we had everything we needed. Their energy first thing in the morning was amazing, and they genuinely made us look forward to coming down for breakfast. Between Palmy, Giftzy, Nadear, Blue, Anwar and the wider housekeeping team, we have met so many wonderful people during this stay. The level of service at this resort really is something special. These staff members deserve to be recognised because they don’t simply do their jobs — they make guests feel genuinely cared for and valued. Thank you all so much. We visited 2yrs ago and were looking forward to staying again and trust me you guys did not disappoint. The resort is well presented, clean, well staffed, efficient and very friendly. We stayed in a pool access room, it was large, clean, well maintained and serviced daily. (We loved our towel animals). The only negative would be the lack of draws and hanging room for people like us who like to unpack our bags. With 7 dinning options (8 if you count the ice cream bar) we never went hungry. The food was amazing. The quality, choices, freshness and service was the best we have come across. If you’re a picky eater you are covered also. We did book the all inclusive package. For us it was worth it as we ate all meals at the resort and it covered all our drinks. Yes we did crunch the numbers and found we got our money’s worth plus more. We would like to acknowledge a number of the staff for making our stay so relaxing and amazing Lounge - Milky, Nida, Siri, Palmy and Too Swim up bar - Benz, Mam, Armin, Talay, Ron, BM, Again, Chai, Teddy Room service staff - 4137 & 4132. We are already looking at dates for our next visit
