We had a wonderful stay at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the service has been excellent. A special thank you to Sara and Uma from Housekeeping. It is always such a pleasure to come back to a perfectly clean room — everything is neat, tidy, and carefully arranged. You can really feel the care and attention to detail. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our family of 5, and it was truly a memorable experience. We especially appreciate the team for helping us arrange a birthday room decoration for my mother and sister. A big thank you to the team for taking care of all the details, Special thanks to Khun Bam & Khun Yaya for room decoration, and to the Delight to Serve team — K’Alex,K’ Tukta, K’Gusnew, and K’Mimi for the lovely birthday card. These thoughtful touches made the celebration even more special for our family. I would also like to give special recognition to K’Gas from the Front Office. He took very good care of us from the moment we checked in until check-out. He was helpful, and always made sure everything was going smoothly. Another special mention for K’Yo from Recreation, who took great care of me during the yoga class. He was very friendly, professional and made the experience enjoyable. We would also like to thank Koi from the breakfast restaurant and K’R and the pool team for their wonderful service. They took great care of us around the pool area, including arranging the sunbeds and offering us water when we came to sit and relax by the pool, even though we did not actually use the pool. This level of attentiveness really impressed us. There were also many other team members whose names we may not have mentioned, but each of them contributed to making our stay comfortable and special. We truly appreciate all your efforts and look forward to coming back again.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, quiet, and spotless, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. A special thanks to Rainy and Aon at the front desk—they were incredibly warm, professional, and helpful throughout check-in and during my entire stay. Exceptional service and great value for money.
