Panan Krabi Resort

First impressions were really good, lovely entrance lobby and lovely pool area. But these good impressions didnt last long. The room is functional but no luxury whatsoever, the air con is very ineffective and only way to have a cool room is to have the ceiling fan constantly running as well. Furthermore our "cliff view" room is a view of a huge tree and fence. Went up to the roof top pool for a sunset drink to be met by a highly intoxicated male spilling drinks and being a general nuisance who was still being served alcohol??!!! We quickly finished our drinks and left. The next morning went further downhill when we went down to breakfast to be met with what looked like a school canteen, with people in pyjamas and food that just looked totally unappetising. The second day here was our 19th wedding anniversary despite the fact our travel agent had made a note of this on our booking and the presence of our anniversary cards in our room, no effort was made by the hotel for this which was disappointing. We didnt even go for breakfast on our second day due to the poor quality of the food and the awful surroundings. On our third night we went for a drink in the Pho restaurant due to the advertised happy hour. We were given a a QR to order on rather than someone take our order. As we had not ordered the drinks correctly on the QR code they would not honour the happy hour prices??? Seriously??? The hotel is not equipped to deal with rain and the walk ways and tiles are extremely dangerous when wet The longer I am staying here the more disappointed I am getting. Luckily we now only have 2 nights left and I cannot wait to leave. Huge disappointment of a hotel.

Room with ocean view was clean and everything we needed. Staff at resort were more than friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great selection with omelette station.

My daughter and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Panan Krabi Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, and the whole experience was fantastic. The location is perfect. It’s right in the heart of Ao Nang, within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops and everything you could want. It made getting around incredibly easy, especially travelling with my daughter. The resort itself was fantastic. The pools were great, and the pool bars were the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring. The food was also very good, with plenty of options available. One of the things that really stood out was the assistance from the staff in organising activities. They were incredibly helpful with arranging and booking excursions, making everything simple and stress-free. It meant we could just enjoy our time together without having to worry about organising everything ourselves. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. My daughter and I had such a memorable holiday, and Panan Krabi Resort was a big part of that. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend Panan Krabi Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially families. Fantastic resort, fantastic location and fantastic staff!

Warm and welcoming hospitality! The staff always greeted us with genuine smiles and were ready to assist. The surprise birthday celebration was such a thoughtful touch that made my stay extra special - specially for Poi, Anda, Tina and Cin! Thank you for the wonderful experience! ❤️
