We arrived late evening & we were offered something to eat which was good because we were hungry the food was tasty but only lukewarm. The receptionist was extremely friendly & check in was easy. Our room was upgraded we were given a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms for 2 of us which was nice but the down side was it had no out look or balcony felt a bit claustrophobic. The food was ok I’ve had worse & I’ve had better but for what we paid we didn’t mind but we did it out 3 evenings. The hotel offers 3 other restaurants to eat in as part of the all inclusive & they are in other hotels nearby. I can only comment about the one we tried which was in the Solarie hotel supposedly an Italian restaurant I can honestly say the food was horrible & out of the 5 small courses only one was Italian which was 2 pieces of ravioli in a tomato sauce. The soup was supposed to be mushroom & it was disgusting tasted like dishwater. There are lots of health & safety issues st this hotel lots of steps with no hand rails & some of the ladder steps into the pools had rungs missing so hard to climb out of the pools. If you go to the beach there is a shuttle bus which takes you free of charge which is handy. I was disappointed with the beach are lots of cigarette buts lying around & the sun loungers were very dirty. The snack bar has 2 choices for all inclusive either a chicken sandwich & that’s if they have any bread or a margarita pizza. All of the other snacks on the menu are to pay for. They never had any coffee because the machine was broken & they promised it would be fixed soon but never was all week while we were there. We had a late flight & they didn’t have a dedicated room for us to get a shower & get changed. They did have some toilets next to the pool with showers but the ones in the ladies had no shower curtains so no privacy or you could if available keep your room for the day at a cost of £50 I must say the staff were very friendly & very helpful personally I wouldn’t come back to this hotel
