El Mouradi Club Kantaoui

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Absolutely Amazing Holiday!** We had such an amazing time at **El Mouradi Club Kantaoui**! The atmosphere was fantastic — it was busy and lively, but that just made it even more fun. There was always something going on and such a great atmosphere around the hotel. The **animation team were absolutely fantastic — 10/10!** A special mention to **Bylel** from the animation team, who was so welcoming, friendly and always made us feel included. You really helped make our holiday so much fun! ❤️ The **lifeguards** were also brilliant and such a great laugh — **Abdul, Sou, Ali and the rest of the team**, you were all fantastic and made the pool days even more enjoyable! 😂 The **waiters work their absolute butts off** and deserve a huge mention too. **Rayenn, you’re a star!** ⭐ The service and effort from everyone was amazing, even when it was really busy. The **pools were the perfect temperature**, everything was well managed and the **rooms were clean and comfortable**. There were also plenty of drinks available, which is always a bonus! 🍹 Overall, we had such a brilliant time and honestly didn’t want to leave. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so memorable. We met some amazing people, had so many laughs and made some great memories. **10/10 from us — we would absolutely come back! 🇹🇳❤️**

How can I explain this…… check in was very easy, but that’s where it stopped a man took me to my room and after I explained I had no dinar he then said English pounds would work. I only had about £4 in change which he deemed not enough and left. Not sure how much he expected for a 100m walk to the room The rooms are a good size the bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is amazing. The bath looked like someone had done a tie die experiment in there though. I also had a night where I wasn’t given any towels or a sheet cover for my bed. I raised this with reception and they assured me it would be sorted by the night. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case and I had to take the sheet from the single bed to keep me covered. I also came home one night to find a line of ants on the single bed. Again raise with reception and nothing was done Ahh the food hall the food is what you would expect from an all inclusive. Please expect people to push you out of the way or just go in front of you. I lost count of the amount of times and had to either clear a table or go and get my own knife and fork. I was only offered a drink twice in this say as I’m not surprised as I’m a single man and not a woman who the waiters seemed more interested in flouting around. I once watch a waiter fill up these 2 girls glasses 3 times and didn’t even think about asking if I would like one. He even walked across with a bottle of coke only to find out he wanted my salt and pepper for another table. As day time entertainment goes they didn’t engage with myself. I guess if I was in a bikini this would have been a different matter. I will say there was one incident with the football team that stays there that a mother had to come and ask me to ask him to move on as he wouldn’t leave the girl alone. The bar is what it is although they ran out of beer daily. They will bring you your drink but again I don’t look good in a bikini so that never happened. As for the WiFi it’s in the reception only. Nothing by the pool or even in the rooms. As for check out they took my key and didn’t even ask how my stay was wish for them is lucky really.

We stayed for only a couple of hours—and thankfully no longer. The room was horrendous: the patio door handle was coming away, there were holes around the electrical sockets, the shower curtain was mouldy, the bath was filthy, and the bed reeked of mould. Dead crickets were also present, the ATM was out of order, and the property was generally dirty and poorly maintained. The porter was helpful and courteous, but otherwise this was nowhere near a 5-star experience. We would struggle to give it a 1 stars and were relieved to leave.
