Well,staffcaround poolzandzanimation team are superb can't fault them cleaning in room hit and miss had to ask for sheets to be changed after 1 week,as they had not been done.also balcony not cleaned properly every day .food not bad but superb restaurant is a joke my wife and I asked for soup and beef and rice main but not allowed as off different menus . But plenty of sun beds all day long if you go in mid September. Hit and miss with the weather. But if you do come here then bring some fly killer with you or a fly swat as they are a plenty .if you do the pirate boat trip itsxnot as good asxthey say pretty naff in my opinion.. its worth going on the camel ride . If you get a cab work out the price first as they will increase the price on the meter half way through trip so be warned .

This hotel is amazing! I highly recommend. The food is so delicious, huge variety. The service is excellent: everyone is smiling and very welcoming. My daughter enjoyed the kids club, lots of activities, games & crafts. The ladies in the kids club were very caring and patient with the kids. I've been coming to this hotel since my childhood and now my kids are enjoying every stay in it. What's impressive is how the hotel is always well maintained and how everything is getting better and improving

My honest opinion. The staff are wonderful they are a credit to this hotel. The pool and private beach are lovely. The worst part of this hotel is the food. There were flies in the food and also on the pudding counter. The English are not catered for at all. The food is only lukewarm. My husband who has an iron stomach came down with an upset tummy and we spent 2 days in the room because of this. Would we come back definitely not.

Beautiful hotel, very big, lively, amazing staff. Comfortable and accommodating! Multiple facilities and activities like Gym, Spa, water activities, safe beach, sports courts and cute shows for children and adults. We are definitely coming back there next year.

We have mixed feelings about our stay. While the property has clear potential and some fantastic team members, several maintenance issues and service missteps were hard to overlook. Check-in & Service: Our stay started on a frustrating note. We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM and were told our room would be ready after breakfast. Afterwards, we were repeatedly turned away and told to come back in an hour because the room was still being prepared. In the end, we finally received our keys at 5:30 PM—three and a half hours past the official 2:00 PM check-in time. To make matters worse, no one apologized, offered any compensation, or tried to make up for the delay. When we later requested a late check-out to compensate for the lost first day, we were flatly denied with the reception claiming no rooms were available. The Room & Maintenance: The room was fairly clean and boasted a stunning sea view, but overall maintenance leaves much to be desired. The shower leaked heavily, flooding the entire bathroom floor every single time it was used. I reported this three times; on the third attempt, the cabin was partially resealed with silicone, which still failed to fix the leak. It is clearly a persistent, long-term issue, as mold is visibly growing underneath the enclosure where water constantly pools. We also noticed rust around the toilet seat hinges. Food & Dining: The food was mostly tasty, but extremely repetitive, making it difficult to find variety after a few days. In addition, many dishes (particularly sauces) had no labels or descriptions, leaving guests to guess blindly at what they were serving themselves. Bar & Cleanliness: The bar staff were very polite and the exterior concept looks lovely, but the indoor seating is in unacceptable condition. Nearly all the sofas and chairs are heavily stained and discolored—some look so bad with prominent stains that it resembles bodily fluid spills. The choice of upholstery fabric is completely impractical, and the current cleaning routine is clearly inadequate. Beach & Activities: The beach is tiny with no space for a walk, but a big plus is having just a single row of sun loungers, giving everyone an unobstructed, direct sea view. The entertainment was rather average (though likely because it was the end of the season). On the upside, there is free tennis, a very nice, modern gym, and complimentary kayak and pedal boat rentals. On the downside, the animation staff—aside from their friendly team leader—were completely devoid of enthusiasm; whenever they invited guests to join activities, they looked so reluctant it felt like they were apologizing for simply existing. Staff Highlights: The vast majority of the staff were genuinely pleasant, but two individuals deserve special recognition: the young bellboy sporting a Freddie Mercury-style mustache, who was exceptionally polite and kind, and the dark-haired waitress at the café/bar with a radiant, warm smile who was always helpful and welcoming. They were by far the brightest part of our stay.
